I went to get some lunch as I am in town for a college event and when I walked in there was a younger woman and an older woman in there. I have never felt more uncomfortable in an eating establishment in my whole life. The way the older woman was treating the younger member of staff was unbelievable, it made me feel so awkward and upset for the young girl. I rarely write reviews but I am writing this hoping someone see’s it at the store. The older woman was treating her like trash but the young girl still served me with a smile and was very helpful and nice, just a shame about the older woman who was very rude to her colleague and also very impatient and rude with the other customers in her store. What a shame someone has to go through that when they are working trying to get money. Hope someone in the store see’s this and it is addressed. Customer service is all about service with a smile and putting the customers first. Awful
Same guy that normally is there when I come in was there and always polite and very helpful. Makes a perfect sandwich every time.
