Subway, Evans Mills NY

The lady behind the counter tonight should smile more & drop the attitude. Two stars because the sandwich is good but the service was tasteless.

Usually they are good. Today I placed a order on the Subway app for delivery and never got it. They will not remake or refund! Order through doordash directly because doordash will not refund since it was ordered through subway app!

This subway is literally the best subway I’ve ever been to. Subway is my favorite sandwich shop, and the service here is always outstanding. Not one complaint. I’m pregnant so I started to order online more. My order is a bit weird and tedious, so I always write a note about how I’d like it done. And tip when I can! MThis store is the first store to always make sure that it is made correctly. I never have to double check my sandwiches from here! I had a BOGO deal I used for valentines day, my husband was gone so I wanted comfort food. The crew wrote me a nice little happy valentines note and went above and beyond on my order. I cried my eyes out when I got home and saw the note! Thanks for being my Valentine’s Day sweetheart, subway! Much love!

Ordered 6 subs for delivery. The bill was $82+. We had to unwrap all the subs to figure out which one was which.

I went there and this kid by the name of Kurtis/Kurt had amazing customer service i was having a rough day he smiled at me and said subway is always here we’re all family he’s very sweet and generous overall very satisfied with the customer service and always well paced at there job.

POOR QUALITY. BAD PRESENTATION. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY BUT MULTITASKING COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER.
