Subway, Canisteo NY

When Subway first opened in this area they were very good. Recently, however, they're getting very cheap when it comes to how much meat you get on your sandwich without having to pay extra. Their sandwiches are mostly bread and vegetables with a little meat and whatever sauces or mayonnaise you want.

This gas station always has everything I need before I go anywhere so no issues there for me!

Hit or miss on coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Very busy place, but often things are cold when they should be hot etc.

I don't think their phone even works for to-go orders (called over a dozen times and it rang for 2-3 minutes then the operate states the call cannot be completed). Note: this has happened multiple days of the week at various times (not just peak times)

Depending on what you get if you're looking to save money.but the subs and ciabattas are delicious!

They won't honor their deal with buy 2 subs get the 3rd free even though other Subways are. The employees are always goofing around with each other. They give u nasty looks if u ask for extras.

Service is terrible, the toasted oven is always down, they will try to get you to buy chicken bacon ranch or steak and cheese not warmed meat wise if you don't want the whole sub toasted. The manager is disrespectful. I have watched them drop meat on the floor and serve it. There also has been lots of fruit flies on veggies for some reason! Worst place to get a sub.

Chicken back ranch sub with some chipotle and ranch is amazing definitely get it toasted. Service is amazing. Always a great experience

Love subway breakfast sandwiches. Steak egg and cheese on flatbread with onions jalapenos and extra mayo.

I ordered a sub online with deluxe meat and normal amounts of veggies and a couple of sauces (some as extra). When I opened it to look at it, all I saw was bread.there was very little meat, veggies, or even sauce. It was so terrible, I couldn't eat it. It didn't even taste like anything but bread. I am very unhappy that I paid extra for more meat and it was so skimpy with EVERYTHING. What a waste of my money. Would never recommend.

I couldn't say which was better the food or the service, and I don't get the say either one about fast food very often

It's in a gas station but there are tables you can sit down to eat at.
Crew isn't attentive but they're all young.
