Subway, Selden NY

Don't go to this Subway location with any coupons they will not use them. I was told using coupons is to expensive for them & they're losing money. The manager & the sandwich maker both very rude. They said they can careless about my review. So let's make them care. Spend your money at another location that cares about you.

Terrible service. Guy Wasn't even here, we sat there waiting for 10 minutes and finally left. Then as we were leaving he comes over from 7/11 and was like, "Oh, did you want a sandwich? " So we went back in and it was fine. But it was super weird, who leaves their job to eat when they're closing at work? It was Tuesday, July 5fh 9: 57. It was a guy with a slight beard. Not sure if it narrows it down, he has a slight accent. There was also a horrible leak in the ceiling by the seating arrangements, was disgusting. Don't recommend.

Ordered a mozza meat salad. They had no capicola and didn’t put mozzarella in my salad. Literally two pieces of ham and lettuce. Go elsewhere

The worst! Go ahead I dare you to ask them to put extra peppers or pickles.you might as well drive somewhere else. I don’t even know how they are in business. Very cheap with everything. They use the same gloves!

I wished I had read the reviews of this particular Subway restaurant before ordering. Never had such lightweight sandwich at any other location. I won't be returning.

While ordering the man and Lady working there yelled at me because I wasn't speaking loud enough because they messed up my order and after speaking louder they proceeded to keep messing up my order and kept giving me the wrong ingredients. They also seemed to not want to give me the extra ingredients I wanted and refused to give me a refund. Another customer with me agreed that we are never coming back her again.

The heros are lousy! The ingredients are not fresh and very little are provided. The hero is mostly bread and not tasty at all. The employees are also rude and nasty.

I come here every once in a while to get food its really good. But the staff on the other hand are extremely rude and give attitude for the littlest things and I wish I can give this place 0 stars. And they seem to not care about their customers needs and wants. One time I asked the lady about how I can get the buy one get one footlong deal through the subway app she gave an attitude and rudely said “OH I DON’T KNOW”. How the hell are you working at subway and you don’t know how the app and the deals work. I suggest you go to the centereach location because the staff is a lot nicer and actually explain to you how to use the app. But me personally though I will never order from this location again even if it is really close to my house. I would still go 10 minutes out of my way to go to the centereach location. If the staff was a lot nicer I would still come to this location.

I think it's silly that you can't sit down and eat in this place. Eating the car is not exactly conducive when you have a sandwich. And I kind of didn't like the people that ran it. She was a little rude

Walked in and first thing out of the workers mouth behind the counter wasn't "Hi" it was "Do you have a coupon? ". Ok people have bad days. I get it. Gave my order. They used half the amount that should be getting.

The old woman working here should retire. If she’s the owner she should fire herself. It took her longer to make my sandwich incorrectly then it would have taken her to make it correctly. She’s not just miserable, she treats the customer miserably. They short you on ingredients and charge more than other subways. How are they allowed to operate like this with no oversight.

Horrible place, the staff is rude, I had a coupon that said SELDEN on it but nope they don't accept coupons there. They kept being rude about it too and don't get me started on how much ingredients they leave off my sandwich. If i could give this rating a zero I would. New management is needed at the SELDEN location! I advise you all go to Centereach instead.

I came here about a month ago. Staff is extremely rude. Lady that worked there told me that they didn’t accept coupons, which is fine but she was condescending about it. She also kept repeating it as if I didn’t hear her the first time. They also skimped on ingredients. Do not come here.

This subway did not accept any coupons. Upon walking in the 1 individual that was working there was on their phone and walked towards the back to continue their conversation.

Dont ever shop here they dont participate in coupons! The lady at the register was very rude about it to! I would give 0 stars if I could this place lost a customer forever!

Horrible. One time I went and the guy put the lettuce into a cup to measure it to put it on the sandwich. They skimped on everything. This time I found out they do not accept any subway coupons. Such a horrible experience. Go to Centereach one. Such a better subway. You will thank me.
