Execrable and disrespectful waitress who blows in the customer's head because her English is not perfect and she cannot make herself understood.
Terrible customer service I almost left during my order.

This location does not accept Subway promotions and they told me there's no restroom, even though I ordered food.

I am not complaining about the food at this restaurant but the attention of a boy who treated me with a despicable attitude and lack of respect. New York City welcomes many tourists and also many Latinos who do not speak English, so if one He doesn't know how to say things, don't treat us badly, as customer service they have to treat the costumer with respect and kindness.

DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible service. They messed up my order, and then they wanted me to pay for an entire new sub because they messed up. I was very reasonable and nice, but they still did not comply. Never going back. Disappointed

The food is good as always the service as awful. The woman was unwilling to help and when preparing the sándwiches she wouldnt follow the safety procedures. One custemor ask for olives but she mistake and put them over the lettuce of another when told she took off the olives from the first sandwich and put it in the second! She wouldnt change gloves between subs!

I love the tuna sub and my son loves the meatball sub. There were tables and chairs to eat in the place. There is no toilet.

It’s 5: 55 pm and the main guy working the counter had a horrible attitude to me and my partner. He refused to even give me a bag and then finally threw it at me and I’m a paying customer. If you want bad attitude with your food then this location is the right spot.

Terrible attendance. I think they forgot that people never come back when they are treated badly. That's why it's always empty.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
