I went in tonight at 8pm and the lady working was very very nice and attentive. I really liked her!
This place isn’t worthy of ANY Stars whatsoever. My fiancée and I came for dinner after work and the customer service was appalling to say the least. They had nasty attitudes and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. While we were ordering, a woman and her kid came in and they stopped our order to take and finish hers; I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how racially motivated it felt. These people should not be working with people because they have shown a clear and distinct lack of kindness or even decency. Also, I agree with everyone else in the reviews: a dirty Subway.
I wish i could give this location zero stars. My fiancé and I came here for an early dinner after work and were met with rudeness and attitude. A woman came in with her kid while we were ordering and they paused our orders and took hers and finished it instead. We went to wipe down the tables and we then realized they hadnt given us any napkins and made it seem like a bother for them to get them for us.

Sorry for the all caps. We rarely go to a Subway. I went here only because of the ad on the radio about buy one footlong get one footlong free.
The staff pointed at a printout that said since March 2023 this location does not participate in Subway promotions. Since I was already here with my child and he was craving his sandwich I went ahead with the order. However, I do consider this as a bait and switch - they are banking on the fact that you are hungry by the time you enter, so are likely to not drive away to another location a few miles away.
That aside - it's a Subway, it is what you would expect. I can't tell if the prices are any more than the other locations in the area. Now that I know they do not follow standard pricing / promotions, safe to way if I do have to go to a Subway it won't be this location.
I placed an online order to pick up food, when I got there they said they didn't have my order, you must have placed it some different location. I said no, my credit card was charged to this store. They said we have nothing, I said ok, I just cancel the charge on credit card.
Someone isn't doing the right thing. I pulled up my charge and it gave the store phone number and address, so I was at the right location they just didn't bother to complete the order.
The sandwich maker dropped the knife he used to cut bread and put it back on the table to cut another slice. He didn’t wear gloves and he tried to pull a fast one when I ordered double meats and charge me extra money from what the menu had displayed. Either it’s this subways workers attitudes that they hire or the owner of this subway is encouraging this behavior…
