7 The employees seemed bothered that we stopped in and ordered food. The young man looked as if it was horrible that we wanted our items toasted.
The woman helping him told my husband she couldn't add more toppings whe he asked for more pickles and olives. I've never heard another location say that. From another review, this seems standard for this location.
I still tipped because it was right before Christmas and everyone has bad days. But, we won't use that location again. That's ok, because there are multiple around.
I stopped in to get dinner and the young man behind the counter was on his phone and didn't even look up and when I got his attention he was short with me along with complaining about his coworker who as he put it did nothing to help him and left him short on prep you shouldn't complain about your coworkers to customers very unprofessional
Please keep leland in town! He paid for my meal when i was $3 short, great kid! Place is clean and looks good, service from employee was amazing, food was great! I definitely recommend
Portville Subway is great. Ive always had subs made exactly how I like them.
The poor boy working there was by himself, and completely over whelmed. I placed an online order, but when I went to pick it up there was a noted attched that said they were out of meatballs, so no meatball sub. The noted stated that I needed to chose something else. However, my daughter is a super picky eater, so the only other item she agreed to was a personal pizza. The pizza was half the cost of the sub. They checked me out, asked me to pay for the pizza, which finally I said sure, but you have give me my money back for the sub. Then the poor kid had no idea how to give a refund. Another person who apparently works there, but was not working there that night stated they dont give refunds for online orders. Excuse me? I am not going to pay for nothing, I am not donating money to subway. The boy, with my prompting, called the manager. I then had to speak to the manager on the phone. After 45 minutes I got my refund. Then when we got home the sub orders were wrong. I didnt even bother calling them.
For a Subway, this was the best! The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff were super friendly and accommodating according to how you like your sandwich. If you're going g to Subway, go to this one!
I ordered the subway Italian “melt” through the app and I work across the road. I was there right on time when the app said my food was done. When I opened it it was very cold and my cheese was not melted in the least. The mayo was also everywhere. I’ve definitely had this sandwich made better in other locations!
