Subway, Rochester NY

You eat a subway on your own risk! I was sick a whole day intoxicated by a subway sandwich! They do not keep the meat safe!

I got my sandwich from here during night time i ate it in my car in parking lot.i went back to subway to just wash my hands i asked employee for the restroom pin she denied rudely n said in front of customer the restroom is closed.n it still had 1 hr in closing.n manager of this resturant who is also a owner also a very rude person

September 10th, 2023. This subway is awful and the girl who worked tonight and closed, close the store more than 2 hours before their official close time and locked the doors and refused to come to the door to explain why she was closing so early. They had power on. Didn’t lose any electricity and she refused to answer the phone and wouldn’t come to the door. She was dumping all of the food and decided to lock customers out 2 hours before their closing time. 1 star please do not waste your time at this subway, and I will also be talking to her manager tomorrow.

Decent salad. I always get the salads. The lettuce was okay. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Subways is the only place I get subs. Subway is a good place for a fast lunch!

I have been to a lot of Subway's and this one is my top pick. Not only was it really clean but the young lady that was working when we were there was so nice. We had a rough night when we walked in 20 minutes from closing time. I asked if I was too late to get food and if she would mind if we got food. Her answer next amazed me. She said we are open and I would love to serve you food. She immediately made us feel comfortable about ordering. It is so very nice to see young people. So happy to help! I hate to say it but a lot of young people these days don't really care about their job. They only care about the pay and you also don't care who they hurt. They think the most important person in the world is them. (Wake up call. It's not)

I only went in for a soda and came out with the fresh delicious cookies. The cookies are a big success. I never thought subway cookies would be as good as they were and I definitely recommend getting the cookies when purchasing a sub.

Ordered online and after looking in my email there was a charge for a tip that I never put on my order. Now I need to figure how to deal with it.

I ordered online to get the promo bogo deal, took me at least 45 minutes to do this. Their app SUCKS. FIRST location didn't have the deal, second loc didn't have my cheese, then finally went to order here and walla, finally. What a waste of my time!
