I'm deeply disappointed with my recent visit to Subway, where the service was abysmal and completely disrupted my plans. Anticipating a quick meal, I pre-ordered and paid for my food online, only to be met with an unreasonable demand for ID upon arrival, as if I were picking up a controlled substance rather than a sandwich. The staff, particularly a lady at the counter, was exceptionally unhelpful, even threatening to cancel my order over this trivial issue. Frustratingly, I had to reorder, which completely defeated the purpose of a 'quick grab-and-go' and led to a further delay. Her attitude was far from the standard of customer service I had come to expect from Subway. This inefficient and unprofessional handling of a simple sandwich order not only wasted my time but also caused me to be late for my subsequent commitments. Overall, this visit was a disheartening experience, marred by poor service and a disregard for customer convenience.

The Man was rude & nasty. My sandwich was disgusting! Food looked Old and the place is filthy in desperate need of a Health Inspection.

I ordered online yesterday I paid 9.99 for a six inch sub and when I asked her for more veggies she didn't give me and for salt, black pepper she didn't add any and I didn't get test for any dressing Isuch a bad behaviour of the staff like we are paying for the sub and we should get enough veggies meat and all I will not recommend any on

Please for the love of God don't go here! Go anywhere else. But if you want terrible service, proceed. The woman is extremely rude and they never ever have a pre-order ready for when you scheduled your pickup. Got charged $4 for the fresh mozzarella then she charged the white man behind me $2 but on the app is $1.50 ok
Then demanded I show my CC and ID for food that was already paid for via app.

I remember when subway was $10 i paid $20 for a sandwich, not only that… This is the worst subways ive ever been to lady had an attitude put the tiniest amount of every ingredient, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALREADY READ ALL THE REVIEWS BELIEVE THEM! ON AUGUST 28 2023 I WENT TO THIS SUBWAY ESTABLISHMENT AND PLACED AN ORDER FOR 4 SANDWICHES AND 6 COOKIES FOR $35 AND THIS BENGALI LADY HAD CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT PERMISSION AND CLAIMED SHE WASN'T TAKING ONLINE ORDERS. THIS PLACE IS RUNNING SCAMS AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE DO NOT GO HERE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL DISRESPECT YOUR KIDS TOO!

I was discriminated against by Wanaka or Monica. She was very rude and aggressive. She stated to me that how would she even know if I’m the actual person who placed the order. I showed her my app with my name and I asked if she wanted me to show her my credit card transaction for the purchase and If she wanted to see the email I received for my pick up. I have worked in pc Richard and son for over 8 years as a manager and not once have i ever I countered discrimination. I will never go back to this location ever. Monica wanaka was very racist towards me. She told me I didn’t have money and I didn’t have any credit cards I asked if it was because I was black she widened her eyes and made a body expression instead of saying it. I’ve always did mobile order pick up and this was the first bad experience especially with this location. I’m informing my team to not go to this location either to take the walk to 1 Fordham plaza here on out. She needs retraining and or corrective action to her. She was very unprofessional towards me and said if I come back I must bring id and card. The only problem with that is SUBWAY MOBILE ORDERING APP DOES NOT REQUIRED THESE ITEMS FOR PICK UP. IF SO THEN IT NEED TO SPECIFIED IN THE EMAIL SENT FOR PICK UP OR INDICATED ON THE APP. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER FROM THE SUBWAY CLOSEST TO MY HOME IN YONKERS.

This bengali lady Konica canceled my order while her employee refused to serve me because I used subway digital (app) she said she wouldn’t take any orders that came from the app

Konica the shop owner canceled online pick up after she confirmed my order and money was changed. She canceled with any reason. The staff that was there was acting like he don’t care he was lying and did not not refund money. When asked to speak to owner or manager he was calling them but no one answered the call. This restaurant is running scams and stealing money from customers.

If I could put zero stars I would! I ordered an italian bmt wrap and got nothing but SCRAPS! It was smaller than a regular six inch, when it is supposed to be on par with a foot long. Gave me like three pieces of meat and two tomatoes. No lettuce, mayo or ANYTHING that i ordered. Came all crumpled up. And the original price is 10.95 but it somehow came to be 12? Never again. CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

Absolutely disgusting don’t waste your money here I placed a delivery through there app I asked for extra sauce on my sandwiches they didn’t put any sauce on either sandwiches, they gave me a damaged, soda that has been open and was flat. They didn’t toast or cut the sandwiches. They need new workers

I placed an order through the app for pickup. I went to the restaurant to pick up my order but of course it wasn't ready and the male employee acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about, even though he had the receipt right in front of him. He then started making my order and had an attitude the entire time. I also ordered cookies which he stated that I didn't pay for, which was again on the receipt. He threw the cookies in the bag and rudely demanded I show him the card I used to pay for the order. He then left the bag on the counter and walked off to tend to other customers. To treat a paying customer like this is just baffling to me. If you don't like your job, quit. Plain and simple.

The lady in the morning is so rude. I walk in and was on the phone with my husband to see what he would want from subway and the lady was trying to rush me to order, I told her to give me a minute and then she asked me two more times right after I told her that.every time you walk in she rushes you to order she doesn't let you look first to see what you want. She tries to make you leave as fast as she can. She also looks at you badly when you walk in, NO GOOD MORNING. I work in a store and even on my worst days. I give the customers, good customer service so they would want to keep coming back and buying. They need to fire her and get someone that would want to work and enjoy the job. I think that's a great job to work in. But who wants to go in a place with someone looking at you badly, rushing you out the door, doesn't let you enjoy what you're trying to buy. All you want to do, is walk out of there and never walk back in that Subway. Ooooh, There also was a customer that had a coupon, the lady told the customer that they're not taking coupons. I really felt bad for that customer because the coupon was still good. The customer even showed it to me and I think that was wrong.

This place sucks. The lady there clearly doesn’t want to work there and is rude. She made me wait 15 minutes while she tried to fix the cashier because it wasn’t accepting Apple Pay. At that point just let me keep the sandwich cuz it’s cold and not even worth it or make me a new sandwich.
