Ordered a ham and Swiss but was instead served a cold dish of reality.

The staff there are really nice! The sandwiches are so fresh and awesome. It is like the best sandwich ever. You should totally come to this store especially because this subway store is better than any of the other restaurants. - M

What a bad service, really, the staff they have is terrible.
Now buy and treat customers, they have no respect and do not give attention with kindness.

Because many of the times customers arrive very aggressive and angry either because they give them very little food or there is no bread that they line thatlike.hind that counter attending, let’s be respectful.
Today I went to buy a sandwich and a very angry customer arrived complaining about his food from yesterday that the truth did not understand his point of view is absurd I saw the complaint he made and the name of is RYAN GIMÉNEZ you are a very bad person she was just explaining to you that if the manager didn’t tell her anything she can’t do anything but at no time did she disrespect you much less she was laughing at you and the girl, sometimes one as a customer is insolent and they are not going to put that in the negative comment that they put instead of saying the good things. I could give them 1,000 stars because I know what it feels like to work with people like that

Went to this location with a Subway gift card and Subway corporate coupons. Was going to spend about $20.00, and was told they would not honor any coupons! Instead of a $20 sale they chose $0, and lost a potential customer. Asked to speak to a manager, but was told there was no manager here. What a poor business practice! Despite living in the neighborhood, I will never set foot in this establishment again. This store deserves a negative star rating! Avoid doing business at this location! Department of health should shut this place down!

Worst Subway I've ever had! I'm warning you stay away from this place! My sandwich was stale and tasted horrible, even left me with a stomach ache. I went in the following day to ask if anything could be done about my bad experience and the manager was rude and did nothing to help me. The hispanic girl that made our sandwiches was very sarcastic about the situation and kept laughing like it was a joke. Terrible customer service!

If you’re looking for the rudest experience while trying to buy a meal, this is the subway for you. The Hispanic woman that works there could not outwardly appear to hate her job any more. When you walk in she’ll probably be on her phone in the back or talking to another employee and will ignore you or not even hear you come in. Next she will be so rude to you, roll her eyes or sigh at you for daring to order a sandwich on her time. This is a constant issue with this subway and looking at the reviews here it is far from an isolated incident.
