The customer service was sub par. The lady making our subs was very unfriendly and rude to my sister in law and I. I ordered a kids meal sub for my son and she definitely charged me for it but even after I asked what was included I got ignored. But she did make sure to charge me for that one extra half slice of cheese thanks girl. I won’t be coming back
Our online order got messed up. Went in and I think John (?) could not have been nicer! Remade the sandwiches and even gave me a cookie. Really nice staff
Staff was very friendly but made my subs incorrectly. Cant call them because of their smart call blocker. Very dissappointing will not be back.
I’d give a zero if I could. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered 2 subs on the app, but ordered it for the wrong time. Called the store 14 times, only to get an automated message that repeated itself, then hung up on you. I couldn’t change the time by calling the store or the app. I ordered 2 separate orders. They were supposed to be able to be picked up after my husband got out of work (subways by his work). Myself, I have an injured leg, I’m not supposed to walk on it or drive. I didn’t want him to cook either, as he gets home late as is. Since they wouldn’t answer, I had to drive 10-15 minutes to the subway so they wouldn’t through out my order, that was ordered and ready way before my husband would get out. Once I arrived there, the lady was nice and met me at the door to hold it open, as I’m on crutches. She told me a bunch of excuses for the phone calls, that it’s the wrong number, I must be calling the wrong subway, if I tried google it’ll probably work. It was all the same number and I called it for her, so she could hear it. Never rang at the subway. Got a sorry, and I waited 20-30 minutes for my other order that was supposed to be after my husband got out of work. Got another sorry for the wait. I was in so much pain and so mad that I picked it up and crutched out the door myself. I will never come back to this subway. Nothing but a “sorry” for nothing working out at their store. I drove when I was not supposed to, waited a long time, and was in excruciating pain. Later when we ate, my husband also had a black olive on his sub, which they were lucky it wasn’t my sub, as I’m allergic to them. Never ever will I go back to that subway.
