Subway, Holbrook NY

I’m done giving this place chances. I always have to call ahead to tell them not to toast my sandwich even though you say don’t toast on the app. If I don’t call they will toast it every time. Well today I called and he says no problem and then gives me the wrong bread for both orders. This store is the worst subway by far, total incompetence! Pics are what was supposed to be artisan Italian bread….

This is the best Subway I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and eager to make your experience great. Won’t go to any other store.

A nearly perfect Subway experience. I stopped in for lunch with my son. Service was excellent, quick and friendly. This location was very clean, well stocked, and the meat and vegetable selection was appealing. Will be visiting again.

I’m only giving this store a 1 star review because I have to The service at this location is absolutely horrible, I’ve been charged for things I did not purchase. The manager, Eddie is absolutely non responsive. This is simply the worst service I’ve ever had at a subway. Stay away!

The absolute worst service I’ve ever received anywhere. Do not go to this location. The restaurant closed at 9PM- I Called at 8: 40 asking what time they close and he says “I’m closing now”. I asked if I got there in 7 minutes if I could order as they close at 9. He said to place the order on the phone and I could only get meat and condiments as he already shut down the toaster. Whatever. I order. As I’m pulling into the parking lot, I get a call from the guy. He says “it’s 10$ I’m gonna meet you outside I’m closing. ” It was 8: 48 at this point. I had no cash. I pull up and he had already had the lights off and is standing at the curb with the sandwich. I luckily found cash and was able to pay, although I wanted a drink and chips and couldn’t get anything because I couldn’t even go inside. Never in my life have I had such a weird casual encounter, especially before they’re even due to close. Do not go here!
