Subway, Elmont NY

Very very bland dry location.its a waste of a sizeable space.the 2 employees when I was there were overall like clueless.lmao.haha.that's not meant to be like mean.just stating a fact a guess.
Food was even ahhhhh ok.
I guess it was just the place.very
Not a good subway experience.

The overnight guy was nice but seemed confused.
I asked if they had breakfast sandwiches, he said they had Ham, Bacon, And Steak.
I ordered a ham egg and cheese.
I only got ham and cheese, plus he over charged me for a bacon addition that wasn't there.

Came at nine o'clock he says l not ready he need to come 8am to be ready at nine very bad attitude so l told him he should locked the door if u ain't ready never go there again very poor management

Come here often. Kudos to the staff who work here, as they often have to deal with really challenging and demanding customers

shift (Sid) was working quickly and had a really positive energy as he was preparing the food. The subs we got tasted really good and it was an awesome experience this is the best subway in this neighborhood!

This used to be a good Subways. Always gave the right amount and friendly. The new people here are skimpy with everything and not trained. I had to repeat myself over and over. The sandwich is dry and the lettuce is bad. If I could give negative 5 stars I would

Very skimmy with every ingredient andby that i mean they give under regular amount.there will be open spaces with nothing on it if you don't watch them and even if you do, they'll leave open spacesin front of you

they have worker who don't speak English, so if you ask for steak, they give you chicken instead

Also they charge more than other subways nearby for the same stuff

So basically charged for more, when given less than regular amounts and order will be wrong

Go to a different subway

They overcharged me, price is a lot different from online and in store label

They chared 20% more than the actual price, every other subway around is regular price

Worst experience here both service and sub are bad. Should have checked reviews before going to this subway. Felt like the guy doesn't have any experience in how to talk to customers. When i questioned why he burnt my bread, he arrogantly responded that he has 35years of experience as manager, who cares and why the hell is he working in that position if he is that experienced.

So I went to this subways today 2/18/22 to get some cookies because I'm not a big fan of their sandwiches anymore. The guy working here today when I arrived around 630-7pm was clearly having a bad attitude. I have a strong belief if you don't want to work then don't go to work. If a customer is asking for something specific that THEY'RE PAYING for then he/she should recieve what they're asking for. I'm spending my money at this business and you as a worker deny's what Im paying for doesn't benefit the worker in any way. Your paycheck doesn't go up or down because I want something specific. You still get your same paycheck and I'm getting what I paid for. I literally go in here all the time to get chocolate chip cookies and the guy refused to give me the cookies I wanted. Why? My question is what are you there for? What are you getting paid to do if you refuse to serve a customer? This was a older man so I can't even say that there is something wrong with the younger generation not wanting to work because this person was NOT young. He was much older and clearly miserable. I personal now have no reason to ever go back there. Can't deal with workers that are getting paid and they don't want to work smh. I just had to walk right out of that store because I was so annoyed. This employee clearly needs to fix his attitude and be retrained.
