They know me and what i want to eat every time I come in. Makes me feel welcome. Best subs in the universe.

It's a small Subway. 2-3 tables. Only one worker but that's reasonable because it's a small store and isn't always busy. Good for a quick bite. Their sandwiches are amazing and they'll make it just the way you want it, you just have to ask. Their soups are good as well.

Fast friendly service. Like all other Subway's the menu and food is consistent. What makes this place different is the staff - they are what makes this my sandwich spot at after work.

The staff member who took my order was extremely nice and friendly. Wasn't crowded when I walked in around 6pm. Was knowledgeable about the subways APP I had with rewards to help me redeem them. This location is clean and located by the 1 train station.

I got the macaroni and cheese and it was like cheese water with macaroni. This particular Subway needs better service and all the prices are wrong from the menu compared to the prices at the cash register.

I’m surprised that you guys haven’t had some type of meeting to really talk about taking thies thing to the next level. I mean, don't get me wrong; what you're doing now is working just fine and I’m sure you have a decent amount of customers who enjoy your bready beverages. However, I’m just saying that there’s room for improvement. And it is noticeable, and I hope fellow customers take in the same vein. Oops!

I placed and order online. To be picked up at a time when they were supposed to be open. They were not. It was over an hour after opening time and the lights were shut, gate down, and no sign of my food.

I had to spend a half hour on the phone with subway customer service to sort it out.

I went back another time and the sandwich I got was subpar. Never going to that Subway again.

All I wanted was a meatball sub on the way home from work. Was quiet and seating space was limited, but they got my order prepared just fine and there was no issue. Staff appeared to be somewhat in their own world, but they can do as they please as long as I'm satisfied!

I never thought I would have a nasty subway sandwich. This location is the worst and then the cashier tried to over charge me smh get the f*** out. I will never come here again.

Not the best subway restaurant. They are just OK. I'd pick somewhere else though. Portions are on the smaller side, and the people serving are kinda rude

Was disappointed coming to this subway. The staffs got my bread order wrong and try to put something in the sandwich I was deadly allegic too. Furthermore, they did apologize and I understand everyone has a bad day. The staffs were nice and helpful. Overall ok experience maybe I'll go back.

Basically don't know how to prepare your order. Not sure if they even knew what my order was as I repeated 3 times I wanted a chopped salad they still didn't chop it. Unfriendly staff. Gave them a few changes. Not going there again.

This location has terrible service. Staff is very unfriendly. Space is limited, and they don't accept any coupons, and they won't give you a water cup!

The service was terrible. I tried using a Discover credit card and the man said they don't accept it and threw the card. I asked why (while taking out cash) and he yelled we don't take it. The guy preparing my sandwich also messed up twice because he was talking to the other workers and not listening to me. Not clean and poor service.
