I went into make a payment and the staff could not have been nicer. I don't know why everyone's complaining about security, the man at the window was very nice. Maybe since there's another building next door for DSS maybe they're getting them confused? I thought everyone was great.

It doesn't sopprise me that the security guards are iddiois, and it's not just at DSS. Thares a reason they call them Rent a cops. At some places of business if the employees were more polite they wouldn't need to hide behind cows in uniform.

Absolutely disgusting that you let your contractors treat law-abiding citizens that way. This is a prime example of contempt for the public and a perfect example of why people DO NOT trust their government.

I went there the other day and the African American security guard was harassing my daughter for her number. And she is 14 btw. I will be making further complaints and won’t let this slide.

This place employs thugs as security guards.they should go back to the streets where they belong

I love how the security guards assaulted a journalist here and the useless cops did nothing. We all know that if it was the journalist who put even a finger on a guard or a cop he'd be hauled off to prison no questions asked. Disgrace.
