Suffolk Credit Union, West Babylon NY

Contacted customer service through online message system to request support regarding a redundant payment. Was instructed to phone bill payment that the credit union contracts. Makes no sense that consumer is responsible to contact contractor. As to add salt to the wound, bill payment service advised me that my institution may charge me a fee! Ridiculous!
Going to try and discuss issue with management, in the interim not very happy with lack of support.

My experience with my HELOC application was great. Johanna was so responsive and patient with me. Returning emails answering questions in five minutes. Never had to wait for an answer. She was just amazing.

Then, when I had a problem, opening up the membership and uploading documents, I went to the physical branch in West Babylon. Chris was great there too. He simplified everything and made everything that I was having problems with all day work right away. Great sense of humor. We laughed the whole time. Another great experience. After switching to Suffolk credit Union West Babylon branch many years ago. I will never use any other financial institution. The services offered by Suffolk are top-notch. The rates are incredible and the entire staff is by far the best in the business, very professional and knowledgeable as well as personable. My family and I can go to any financial institution for any of our needs, However, we choose Suffolk credit Union West Babylon. Checking, savings, CD's, auto loans, new and used, home equity etc.they have us all covered.
