If I could give zero stars I would! After many years of coming here, this will be my last. The experience that me and my mother experienced today was the worst. The nurse was extremely rude she came towards me and my mother in an unprofessional way for a mistake that one of the other staff members made which wasn’t our fault and it was due to the lack of training at the front desk. My sister was also there on Monday afternoon she overheard the nurses all over the front desk complaining about their work hours and who’s working more than the other which is totally unprofessional of them considering they work in healthcare.

I have the best experience At the front desk with Kathleen Moloney she was as kind as she is every day but Tuesday September 12 she did me a great favor by calling Fidelis Care customer service for me to clear up the doubt if my insurance covered my Claritest Core Non Invasive Prenatal Screen, unfortunately it does not cover it, but thanks to the call she made I will not have to pay 1,500 since my exam was not carried out, and she took the time to help me and confirm if the insurance covered it or not, thank you a million, Kathleen, you are an angel, thanks a lot, coram health center is the best, love, irma Guardado,

The front desk and aids are very unprofessional and lack empathy. I was there recently and encountered dismissive and sarcastic attitudes, right from the beginning. When I first walked in, there was no acknowledgement or greeting. One of the receptionist half way looked up and while waving her finger told me to step back. After about 2 hrs I asked how much longer of a wait and the receptionist dismissively responded, I don't know.
If someone at Sun Rise reads this, please keep in mind that the people that come to you are often sick, in pain, discomfort and/or distress. The visit starts at the moment one enters the building.a dose if STRESS is not what one needs when seeking medical assistance. Walking out, I personally felt worst than when I walked in.

If I could give 0 I would. Terrible place definitely hit or miss with this place. I can hardly walk feel like I have a broken rib? Pain all the way up to my neck. Nobody here at 2pm. Can I see my doctor? No I can schedule you for Monday at 2: 15. But nobody’s here? Definitely changing my primary care physician. Oh and there’s a big sign that says you have to wear a mask! I’m not doing this again!

The customer service at the front is pretty bad, they also cancel appointments without warning and then you have to wait several months for your next appointment.

This hospital has ton of problems, idk where to start, the customer service s*cks here, call 10x and no one is gonna return your call.
I still wonder how this hosthas 3 star review, i wish i could choose 0 star.
