Terrible experience! I bought a brand new pair of rayban at their store. The same night I notice that they are a bit torn so I try to bring them back to get a new pair. They told me that they were not in perfect condition and therefore couldn’t take them back! Of course they were not since they sold them like that.
I wanted to try a new style and Emily was super helpful in recommending some fresh options. Super happy with my new sunglasses!
