Worst customer service! Sending customer away to Oakley store for returning Sunglass Hut's product without the knowledge that it is not returnable at Oakley. Does store manager suppose to know her job? Feel like I was discriminated. Buy from another stores with a real professional.

Wendy the manager is super helpful and nice! We did a corporate event here and she and the staff took really good care of us and our customers throughout the process.

It was my first time going to sunglasses hut on 5th Avenue, and I must say it was a great experience. The associate Rima was truly a pleasure to work with. Very welcoming! She took her time and was very patient with me while she helped me find what I was looking for and what suited me. Highly recommend this place!

Both a sunglasses few months ago and they were little loose, took them back and they told me we don t have the tools here but u can go to the Oakley store 3 blocks away.

Terrible customer service!

The lady in the back of store was very helpful so I can get exactly the pair I wanted. I am so happy.

My wife and i were in the area to visit the Christmas tree.while walking the streets, my wife notices a pair of glasses she liked at the storefront window.we walked into the store and was kindly greeted by Salesperson: 772783 (Stephanie). She was the most knowledgeable person I have evert dealt with as far as glasses are concerned. (We are from Maryland and have visited almost EVERY sunglass hut in that state). Whatever this young lady is making for a current salary is NOT enough. I hope this message makes its way back to her, so she gets recognition for her hard work!

Wendy was my assistant through the whole time I was there. My intention was just to return my Prada. However, she suggested me to find a new pairs of sunglasses instead of returning the one I had and it works! I spent time there for almost and hour and she was very helpful. I helped me find my favorite sunglasses ever as long as she help others clients with smile on the face for the whole time. Thank you very much Wendy I will definitely be back to get more sunglasses from there. I will also recommend this location to all of my friends too. It was such an impressive experience!

Bought two pairs of sunglasses from here today and want to give a special shout-out to Morgan. She was beyond helpful from the beginning and made sure to answer any inquiries I had. Truly excellent customer service!

I just wanted to write because I recently purchased Raybans from the Sunglass Hut store on 48th and 5th in NYC and would like to say that I have never experienced such GREAT service.ever. Diamond answered my original call prior to coming in, set aside my order, shook my hand, remembered my name from the call and engaged in great conversation. I truly enjoyed coming into the store and hope Diamond gets the recognition he deserves for making my shopping today a great end to the day.

Andrea helped me pick the perfect sunglasses, the entire store staff were courteous and helpful as well.

I got a set of Raybans lens replacements here and when I took them out of the case I noticed that there were nicks and scratches on the lenses and the replacement lenses were not new.

They refused to replace the lenses with new lenses instead asking me to buy new lenses again. For $120, or almost the cost of new sunglasses.

I would avoid this store as they have pretty terrible customer service and unscrupulous practices. Generally a terrible experience. Next time, I’ll just order everything online.

The sales lady knew her product & went out of her way to ensure my questions were answered & my needs were met before I left her store (& then some)! She deserves a manager’s position for that quality of service she provided! Thank you for your professionalism!
