Customer service is horrible: Twice i’ve had issues with this location. If you’re buying they’re the nicest people but if there’s any issue you have regardless of how long you’ve been a customer they will not do anything to assist you.

Great service and an even better selection of name brand sun glasses. You get free glass cleaning at any of their stores when you purchase and pair of sunglasses from them and register them.

I've been in 3 of this places and the customer service is horrible. Walt whitman mall horrible. Tanger outlet horrible. Macys in massapequa mall horrible.

This spot runs the gamut in the brands and styles it offers. It has a large selection of classic and trendy Ray-Bans and surprisingly keeps high-end brands in stock (think: Miu Miu, Bulgari, Gucci, etc.). The sales reps are a mixed bag of personalities and level of friendliness/pushiness but, on our last visit, we were assisted by a young black man who was invested in my husband finding a pair without being overbearing or pushy. I don't think there's a price difference between here (which is in an outlet) and a regular/non-outlet store but it runs specials throughout the year which help with the sticker shock on some of their shades.

Bought a $300 pair of glasses, they broke that day and they told me to contact the manufacturer. If that's the case, why would you ever buy from them instead of the manufacturer.

The only outlet bargains beyond the mall store were the "hot deals" and I could not find anything polarized that fit my face. The girl in the store was knowledgeable and VERY patient while I tried on every pair. Three times each.

Had a very hard time getting help from one of the girls on the sales floor. They just lost 3 sales of glasses. We were looking for one particular shape and she kept trying to convince us to go with a totally different shape instead of just researching the model number. I honestley just stopped listening at that point. She was so lazy and didn't want to work.
