9 I experienced very worst dealing at this particular Sunglass hut store at Queens ctr Macys by this Hispanic Guy.
I’ve returned a Sunglass, it’s been a month I haven’t received a credit yet. The credit has to be in the original form of payment (Macys Credit Card), but no credit. I called Macys credit card they are investigating.
Same day I returned a shoe it was already credited on my Macys credit card.
No start if there is option.the Hispanic guy same here from the other customer.i order my ray ban two glass frames at store, when i pick up that day on 12/24/2021, the lady said you can return next time because the system is not working. Of course, i believe it, on 1/12/2022 i brought the frames and would like to return.the Hispanic guy went to buy drink and came back at store with bad attitude said two reasons i cannot return 1) the system not working 2) the products was fm online so cannot return. SO THE REASON 1) OR 2) AND WHY THE LADY TOLD ME I CAN COME BACK TO RETURN.
Finally i called Ray ban customer service to complain and professionally got resolve through the phone.
Sunglass hut please check with this Store's sales, if you dont want to lost customer and back review in future.

There was a sign say 'went and use the washroom ' I wait for 45 min no one come tump down for there services
This girl is always so helpful and always smiles. Very reserved and quiet but she gets the job done. At the end of the day that's all you need.
Staff very friendly. There are two Sunglass Hut bays in the Queen's Center Macy's location. One is one the Queen's Blvd side nearest to the fine jewelry department. The second is past the cosmetics department near the purses and back of ladies fragrance. Both are on the first floor main level.
Store is nice and staff very helpful. Lots of great name brands and really you can choose from so many options that I find it hard to believe you won’t find something here.
Better prices than other sunglasses shops. The Macy’s sunglass hut has more options though.
