Sunoco Gas Station reviews
13Love this gas station in particular as you can always find an empty pump. Perfect for when your running late to work and need to refill the tank.
I was happy when they opened as 7 ELEVEn. I went in a couple of times for Slurpees. The staff was friendly and I got in and out quickly.
The best part shot this place is not only the fact that the ATM is free for PayPal but the slushies are out of this world!
Stopped in with my daughter and picked up a few snacks. Staff were friendly, helpful and made us smile with their banter.
The beer I bought is over the top skunked. It’s still legal to sell but It was left in the sun. Every can you open explodes. It smells. It’s disgusting. What’s really disturbing is that these beers are Independence Day buds. And the owners are Middle East. Not a good look.
Sunoco what is your policy in accepting quarter rolls?
The reason I ask this is because I went to sunoco today and the cashier refused to accept 20$ worth of quaters ROLLED, so 2 quarter rolls of 10$ each. This was the only form of money I had on me to get gas, which I explained to the cashier who responded me with Insensitivity and said “We can only accept one”. As a cashier myself, we can’t decline the form of money a customer brings us, coins or cash.
Before I walked in, there was a situation going on where a customer was mad because the cashier couldn’t hear him, so she went outside to get the other cashier to deal with him. They were arguing and things got awkward. I was next in line and felt the same energy was brought on to me. Was I mistreated?
Do you have any policy that states that not more then ONE quarter roll is accepted? If so, I would like to be informed so I don’t make this mistake EVER again or even make the mistake of going to sunoco.
I was staying at the hotel next door looking for a bite to eat. My brother and I walked in a hour before subway closed the sign was lit like they where open. When we walked in all the cases where empty and cleaned up. The employee said they where closed.
This small gas station has a subway inside it. The subway workers and gas station workers have no idea what is going on. No one knew where I was ringing out my sub or who was supposed to be working each section. To top if off the whole time my sub was being made, coworkers were arguing over something that almost turned into a physical altercation. Threats were being made and the manager stood by and rang people out as if this wasn't occurring. Go elsewhere, this place is poorly run.
91 Octane gasoline sold here.
While attending UAlbany, I found this station is never short of demand. The employees here are pretty good. Down to earth folks.
Flexible parking; Many times I've visited friends at the apartment building next to it and never had any issues with tickets or being towed. I wouldn't park overnight though.
I went to fill my car here and I went in and gave the attendant a $20 and told them the pump I was on. When I went to pump the gas, it did not come out. The reason is because the attendant put the money on the wrong pump, not the one I told them to put it on. Needless to say, I will not come here again.
The girl working at 5am on 12-4-17 shorted me 10$ of my change my total was 24.98 and she only gave me 65.02 back I was heading on the highway and didn't notice until I was paying a toll 45 minutes away.
I mean, it's a sunoco gas station, but they have all the usual stuff AND a subway AND A CRAFT BEER SECTION WITH GROWLERS AND GROWLER TAPS. Yea, this is great.
I normally have a wonderful experience at this store but the employee who works nights (elderly gentleman with long grey hair) make me wish that this wasn't the only Sunoco in town with the growler exchange. When I entered the store, he immediately accused me and my friend of stealing the growlers and then when we asked if the taps were open (they were) he promptly replied that they were open when "the spirit moves me. " I also believe he was fairly intoxicated at the time.
