I must say the service was extremely good. I liked the fact that I did not have to get into the all day negotiations and bickering over hidden fees. The
saleman (Vinnie) was straight up with me and that made my purchase decision very easy. Good job folks!

They are the worst! ABSOLUTE worst.

Jackie, which is one of the salesperson (s) was in a rush to close the deal. Lied about the condition of one of the vehicles even after questioning her about it numerous times.

I also left a deposit, (which she strongly recommended) only to return to the location to go pick up my “new car” to find out the car was sold.

Keva and sales manager Jackie were awesome I purchased 2 cars from them and they made us feel comfortable and made it as easy and quick as it could be.won’t go anywhere else they were all around wonderful

I went into Sunrise Auto Outlet used car dealership in Amityville, i was introduced to Jackie Marzano, my good experience started from there. She was very upfront about the cars i was interested in and gave me prices as well as information i may have missed in the fine print about monies down. There was no sale's pitch or pressure as we test drove a couple of cars i was interested in she was pleasant professional and considerate of my time and opinion. I found this a very different and refreashing approach from a car sales person. I did by one of the cars i was looking at and test drove Im very happy with it and.

Excellent team, very nice and helpful and they work with you to accommodate your accomplishments, overall Jackie was more than excellent to make you happy.

Super honest people. Never once did I feel like they were trying to scam me into buying a car. Fair pricing and quality automobiles. Left the dealership with new friends.

Adam mousse He told me to come down he got me approved with a 600 credit score and then he asked me for a $4000 deposit on a Nissan stay away from this place the sales person is the worst person to deal with And then they send your application to like 15 different banks so your credit score can drop

For 2 days in a row I’ve been asking the price on a vehicle through phone calls, emails, text, an chat box on the website, for some reason I could never get a clear answer. I could never understand what was so hard about giving me the price of the vehicle. Then 2 days later I get a voicemail telling me the vehicle is sold. Thank you.

Didn't spend a lot of Time at this dealership. Multiple highline models were displayed.very clean cars. Staff very helpful, no aggressive sales techniques.

I had a great experience with Adam at Sunrise Auto. My rep worked with me and was very patient through the midst of it all. He got me a great rate and had phenomenal customer service. Definitely recommend these guys!

The dealer was very dishonest. He Advertised a price on TrueCar. We took the time to view the car, test drive the car and negotiated the price based on the true car report but when we went to apply for the loan, he instantly tacked on $3K in hidden fees and would not budge.

If he had advertised the correct price, we would have bought the car from him.

It's dealers like this that give used car sales people a bad name.

Went in a little over a month ago to look at a pre-owned Maserati Ghibli as well as an Audi S7. Originally I spoke with Chris on the phone regarding these vehicles and he was very polite and answered all of my pre-visiting questions in a professional manner. He also took me on the test drive. Once I went in I met with Adam, he was extremely polite and gave me the keys to both vehicles and showed me the Carfax reports. There was no pressure at all, just how I like it! Chris took me on the test drive and showed me some cool features about the car but was not at all pushy! After, Adam appraised my car and gave me a fair trade in value and we spoke about payment options as my credit is extremely low due to me being young.

The cars were both in excellent condition and were priced very fairly but decided not to purchase as my car is only 4 years old and still has a warranty. But I will definitely be back to make a purchase I was very pleased with Sunrise Auto Outlet, Adam and Chris!

I am in the car business myself and hold all dealerships and salesmen to a high standard, which Sunrise Auto Outlet, Chris and Adam certainly exceeded! Please see these guys for your next car, they got a great selection!

First off I will like to say sunrise auto outlet have left me and my wife with are dream car (M5) and the process was painless. Big thanks to Johnny for working his magic to make this deal happen for us. Also Mike are sale guy also did everything in his power to make us happy and to answer all are questions we had.
