Very disorganized, communication with customers is very poor. Going through my insurance with them was very difficult. They charged me for an oil change that they didn't actually do. They offered to do the oil change after the fact but I didn't have the time to go to Queens for an error they made. I would have preferred a refund but they likely would have given me a hard time. Would not go here again for service.

VERY bad experiences!
You signed the contract and waited, waited, no one will answer your question straight from sales department and no manager get involved to help.

Sunrise Chevrolet is the best service department I have been into. Martin is such a great guy and helped me with everything I asked and they fixed it in no time. Thank you!

Please, do not take vehicles to be fixed there, they are thieves, they stole my money twice, the first time the oil was not changed or they did not reset the oil to 100%. The second time I took an ECM/computer/ I took it I bought the computer online so they could install it for me, and they told me it was useless, and they didn't try, they stole my money again, that's why they don't let you be there in the work area, so you can't see.and to be able to charge you, I thought they were more serious, but no. I am disappointed.

Very bad, they are liars, they told me that the service was free, I have the messages where they told me all that, I believed and went because I bought the car from a dealer for 5 months and I thought it had some type of free services and when it arrived They charged me $289 for a filter and oil change, very bad, lies.

My first experience when I leased my truck was pretty good. The sales associate I worked with was great, but the finance guy was mean and demeaning to the staff. Very inappropriate. 3 years later, they hound me constantly even though I have asked so many times to be removed from their list. When buying out my lease, they explained nothing and then presented me with a binding contract for me to sign (and didn’t say so) when I inquired about adding a railing to my truck that quoted $3000! It is a $500 or less part and takes about an hour to install. I did it myself. Do not buy from here. They are sleazy and will hound you to death even after asking them not to. I will say that I did have good experiences with their service department though.
