Sunrise Medical Laboratory reviews
7What’s wrong with your company and the people that run it I just look through all your reviews from other places and you’re always in the twos and threes and the ones. The real disturbing thing is I left you a really nasty review because you hurt me, and you could not even reply or respond back! I wish I could use the F word on you so everyone could understand how nasty you are. Your license should be revoked in every sunrise lab until you fix the problems! Fu!
The woman who works the front desk was unnecessarily rude and passive-aggressive to me. A women who came in 5 minutes after me even called her out and asked her why she was so annoyed. Waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and I ended up leaving after another person who came after me was served before me. Proverbs 15: 1 A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.
Highly unstaffed, staff is rude and doesn’t care, I have the skinniest veiny arms and the lady missed my vein twice somehow. I do not reccomend this place.
Rude. Incompetent front desk staff. Overall Sunrise Medical Labs is difficult to deal with and I would recommend unless forced by your insurance you go somewhere like quest who know what they are doing.
I have been going there for the past 5 years. It has always been a good experience and never crowded when I visit in the early mornings mid week. The technicians are consistently skilled at drawing blood with little or no discomfort.
I want to point out that I have never written a review on anyplace before so for me to do this, you know my experience was unpleasant. The staff at this location is extremely unpleasant and rude.
The technicians need training with how to deal with autistic people. I’m autistic and have a phobia of blood so I have a routine that I do when I go get blood work done so I keep calm, which includes laying back and reading/watching something on my phone. Today when I went to get my labs done after explaining my issues and how I manage my conditions I was told couldn’t have my phone, like I’m someone in grade school. When I again explained that I need it as part of the process, I’m told that I can listen to music on it and put it away. Which would be good and all but I’m not getting a signal. What is the purpose of these rules? I’ve never had any issue in any other Sunrise Labs before. Then the tech started asking me all of these questions like I was getting grilled for something. If an autistic person isn’t talking, there is a reason and forcing them to do so stresses them out. Because of all of this I did have an autistic meltdown in office and was forced to flee after getting the blood work done.
