My delivery took over a hour and a i half called a little while ago to try again and the lady on the phone rudely “says dont cancel it causes a problem”. But when they take over a hour and half and i was late to work and still no food

Stopped by earlier this morning and the crew member Alex was highly professional and friendly. Every time I order food when he’s on duty, I never have a problem with my order.
