This place is an absolute nightmare if you're looking for dental surgery. The staff here is completely unqualified, constantly spewing lies, and the place is just filthy. It's a total disaster!

I’ve been waiting for my appointment the whole month, they rescheduled it 3 times, and then, 30 min before my appointment they called me and said “idk why but the doctor just left, could we reschedule you … from 10th to 28th? LIKE WHAT? I’ve been sitting in the train going there, when they just decided to cancel my appointment! Thank you so much! And that’s taking into account that I’m in a pain because of my wisdom teeth. Awesome service and personnel! Ppl, don’t go there!

Horrible Horrible worst place ever rude people horrible assistance. The front women at the counter was so rude. I am so pissed and angry I came from so far and now I have to go back what a waste of time.

Disgusting staff at front desk. Unprofessional and rude what a stressful person who speak Spanish also I speak Spanish she cut my call many times, put me on hold and then cut the call.

I went here to get one of my Wisdom teeth taken and out and I was in and out within an hour! I had a great experience, it was very clean and everyone was very nice!

The girl at the reception is very cruel and rude, I came with an acute toothache (the tooth hurt for 4 days, my gums were swollen) and she said no, I cried and asked her to talk to the doctor, but she said no, a cruel, terrible idiot!

The service attitude at the front desk was very poor. I made an appointment and have been waiting for more than a month. When the appointment time came to prepare for wisdom teeth extraction, she actually said that she canceled the appointment and said that they called to remind us one day in advance, but we did not receive the call, so we canceled it, but the fact is that they filled in the wrong phone number when entering the computer file, and their attitude was very bad, and there was no message or email reminder. They had toothache, from the first time they saw it to the appointment for tooth extraction, they finally made the appointment for tooth extraction, and then automatically canceled the appointment, we also paid $500 for X-rays, and we were about to cry. When we called the front desk, she hung up the phone, and there was no way to complain. This was the first time I encountered such a service attitude in such a long time in the United States, and they helped us make an appointment. The next extraction time is three weeks later. Can Huai's toothache be delayed for more than two months?

The doctors and staff at Sunset Park Oral Surgery are welcoming, kind and compassionate. From the receptionist, the technician and the doctor everyone is very attentive and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The doctor explains your procedure in layman’s terms so you feel safe going in. I hope I never need oral surgery but if I do I’ll return to Sunset Park Oral Surgery

Disgusting place, my wife is treated poorly. According to them, my wife does not appear in the system when my wife has been operated on by the doctor and I have the prescription. Unfortunately, the secretary who doesn't do her job well seems to be Mexican and has a total mess.

Great experience. 1st time at this facility. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. The dentist (dr. Shah i believe) who did procedure was great. Had to get a tooth extracted and i didnt feel a thing (i was like wow are we done is that it) and that was it. Additionally the same day it was like I didnt even go to the dentist. Lil to no swelling after injection, wasnt sore and in pain.none of that. Highly recommend. If I need a tooth pulled moving forward sunset park oral surgery is where ill be going. Again highly recommend. Thanks again!

Excellent patient service, Told me everything about the procedure in details, how to take care of my teeth after the procedure, great soothing conversation because my tooth was out and I had no idea…. It was painless and fast.and the office is very clean which helped my anxiety. I highly recommend. Thank you for a great service.

This place tried to charge me for additional scan costs after already charging me for the full x-ray of my mouth. I happily paid the $20 for the full mouth x-ray, and then they asked me to pay over $1,300+ for another scan. Luckily, I walked out and went to a different dentist who assured me that the full mouth x-ray ($20) was, in fact, covered by my insurance, and the $1,300+ scan was not needed. He told me that he's not sure why this office tried to get me to agree to this other scan. DO NOT GO HERE AND IF YOU DO, GET A SECOND OPINION because this office will try to scam you for money.

After posting the review, I received a call from a person who tried to explain very rudely what really happened. He refused to give me his name but he wanted to make me understand that it wasn't "another scan" that I needed but a CT scan. I tried explaining that no other office would request but he rudely interrupted me stating that "[I] have to let him finish [speaking]". This office is a joke. AVOID at all costs!

I've had two extractions by Dr. Jesal Shah, he does a great job! The team at Sunset Park Oral Surgery are very professional and patient. Everyone made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Thank you!

Dr. Shah was so so incredible. Super patient and explained the whole process step by step and answered all questions and concerns nicely and very well educated and experienced. I’ll only come back to his practice for any future issues. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Both doctor and staff are really nice. They made me feel comfortable regarding the procedure, they were knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Overall a great experience.

High recomendation. This plase is the best. Clean environment and friednly employes This was my first extraction and I was sceard, but I didnt feel nothing. The Doctor Jesal Shah is very proffecional person.
