Worth driving out of the way to stop by this amazing local creamery! We got to pet some baby cows and buy some delicious cheeses!

Excellent time enjoying the farm, cuddling cows, and snacking on some cheese! Jess has made her farm such a welcoming and educational environment.

Our stop at Sunset View Creamery was AWESOME! We did the self guided tour and got the chance to pet some of the calves and young heifers, they were so cute and friendly! Don’t forget to stop at the store for free cheese samples. Ended up buying many blocks of delicious cheese, made right there at the farm. This place is a nice, quick 1 hour stop if you’re visiting the Watkins Glen/Finger Lakes area.

Had a great experience at Sunset View Creamery last week. Enjoyed walking around to see all the animals and the store on site was great. Lots of homemade items including several varieties of cheese.
Would definitely recommend stopping in when in the Fingerlakes area.

We enjoyed our visit to the creamery! The cheeses are delicious and there are plenty of pairing options in the store. We also loved the tour of the farm, especially meeting the new calf. We felt welcomed throughout the visit.

Working farm, with a breeding group of cows being milked twice a day and cheese being made right there every other day!

My son was contaminated with milk by Sunset View Creamery recently. Not long after he ingested their milk he started with fever, chills, high temperature, diarrhea, and nausea illness Sept 6,2023, which lasted over a week. He was diagnosed ultimately with having Campylobacteracter in his stool. The health department was notified that after he drank milk from Sunset View Creamery he bacame ill and was diagnosed with having had campylobacter contamination. Subsequently, during a routine milk inspection at Sunset Creamery, Campylobacter contamination was found in their milk/creamery. The health department notified Sunset View Creamery about camphylbacter in their milk test results on Sept. 12, and further testing confirmed the presence of the campylobacter AGAIN in Sunset View Creamy's milk on Sept. 18,2023. The Sunset View Creamery has been shut down by the health department now until the creamery can produce noncontaminated milk samples.
Campylobacteriosis is serious and can cause lasting complications, including irritable bowel syndrome, arthritis, and temporary paralysis. People with compromised immune systems could develop a life-threatening infection if the bacteria spreads to the bloodstream.

This is a great place to visit, explore and shop. Our kids loved the cow cuddling, Jess and Jeremy went ABOVE & Beyond to make our visit memorable. The shop in the farm was full of high quality, small batch food items. We will definitely be back again!

We love this place! Good local meets, good selection of homemade cheeses, and possibly the best homemade ice cream we’ve found. We’ve keep going back for more ;-)

This is my hometown area and the farm represents all the values I grew up with. I'm sure somewhere along the line I went to school with some of the family members going back to the 70's. Great cheese curds and I now have 10 packages in my refrigerator in North Carolina. Wonderful visit.

Cheese is so smooth. We regret not buying the aged 10-year cheese. The Razor, 2-year, cheddar is amazing -color, texture & flavor is more prominent that the 6 month. The slight smoke harvarti goes well with mezcal.

The place is a working farm, we will have to find another wine & cheese experience.

What a sweet experience! My family and I had a lovely time at Sunset View Creamery. We arrived unannounced shortly after they opened, and a nice woman in the store informed us that we were welcome to visit the cows and goats at our leisure. It was such a great experience, the cows were so cute and clearly well cared for. After interacting with the cows for a while we went back to the store to load up on local milk, cheeses, meats, and ice cream. Completely would recommend, very nice low key experience.

An amazing day meeting Jess, the puppies and the cows. Enjoyed the Interesting story of the farm and creamery, loved snuggling with the cows and playing fetch w Ebb! The cows were so gently and the babies were playful and feisty. My faves were Beanie who ate my hair and Charlie and Lilac who were so fun with their licking and nudging to be pet. Also- I have terrible allergies to so many animals and nothing to the cows. Not even a sniffle. New pup Merle is adorable too. Enjoyed seeing some of the equipment and learning about the process of milking and making cheese. Bought some yummy ice cream and cheese that I can’t wait to enjoy. Everyone should visit! Easy to see that the animals are loves and cared for.
