I had an issue with one of my jets and Drew at Suntek couldn’t be more helpful. It took a few trips but eventually I needed service to fix it on site. That were able to work with my schedule. All done. They’ve been great.

I’ve been using Suntek for years to service everything about my pool and hot tub. The best on Long Island!

We used Sun tek to purchase a loop loc cover, install as well as pool closing. They were efficient, on time and fairly priced. Ethan the salesman was informative and had amazing communication and customer service. We will be using them from now on for opening and closing.

I highly recommend SUNTEK Pools and Spas. I received quick and professional customer service from Drew for my purchase of a Heat Pump Pool Heater right through the final installation. I will be visiting their showroom again soon to purchase a Hot Tub Spa.

Purchased a new pool heater. Carolyn provided us with options and we were quoted a very reasonable price. Within days the heater arrived and was installed within 20 minutes. The installers were very professional and put the old heater out on the curb for pickup. Great experience all around. We would highly recommend Suntek.

WOW. This company SunTek stands out well above the rest of its competitors. Over a year ago I started looking into the purchase of Swim Spa for my home. To narrow my search down I spent much time online researching different manufactures before going out and visiting any local dealers. Manufacture, Product, Warranty and Dealer support was most important to me. I looked at MasterSpas, ThermoSpa, Endless Pools, and Catalina to name a few. Once I narrowed my list down, I went to visited local and out of State Dealers to see them in person. Out of all the Dealers I visited, SunTek and MasterSpa stood out as my number one choice for their product and for one of the best support warranties in the industry.
I had the pleasure of developing a good repour with Nick at SunTek. I must have visited the store six or seven times in the course of a year and each time I was greeted with a smile. Nick spent hours with me helping me make the right choice on the right unit for me. I decided on purchasing the MasterSpa Trainer H2X 19D. Nick and Juan surveyed my home prior to delivery to ensure all would go as planned. The next morning Juan came with his Team of 10 installers. Juan supervised the complete installation and communicated with me to ensure all was done to my liking. Everything was explained to me in complete detail, and nothing was missed. Kutos to Nick, Dylan, Juan, Al and the whole professional staff at SunTek. Well Done. Team!

The am delivery company changed my scheduled delivery date the day before the day they were delivering the spa, we have to make adjustments take off work had the electrician scheduled all for them to change the date, this is extremely unprofessional

Did a lot of shopping around for a Hot Tub and found that Suntek not only carried the tub I wanted but seemed the most knowledgeable. I love the Master Spa tub I bought from them and their service since delivering the tub has been excellent! I recommend checking them out, if you are in the market for a Hot Tub.
