4This Hotel should be a Shelter for Homeless people because they used to be treated badly by they own people. Even Homeless people should be treated with respect because they are Humans. Every Place there is so Rude with Everyone. My second time going to the Bronx and Our Experience was HORRIBLE Even at the Expensive Store OMG the treat the Customer so Bad an Unprofessional I am not going to NEW YORK Anymore you spend a good money to be treated so rude and desrespecfull MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIFIED. NEVER AGAIN!
Hotel is not bad an the staff do work with you an talk with you it goes all the way down to the cleaning staff good energy an very respectful I see the only thing wrong is there some people who doesn't know what nice, good, clean & respect is because some of the people sent here act like they be better off some where.
Where' the stuff act an treat u like ($@@_) they show no respect for things in the room let alone help keep it clean
Very rude employees.weird contact set up you call 1 number they give you another number very unprofessional the female who answered asked more questions than given information to my inquiry whole operation seems ghetto and suspect.
Definitely is a Shelter, I Asked Simple Question About Prices or Past prices & the Attendant Stood Quiet. No Prices Online. VERY SUSPICIOUS! And oddly they have no prices for next weeks booking. You can't book online. It only says call to Reserve.no matter what date u give them, they say there's no Vacancy. BEWARE GUYS!
