Super 8 by Wyndham Massena NY

I didn't actually stay here but, I accidentally booked a reservation. The manager called me to make sure I was ok as I did not show up for check-in. He was so nice, he understood I had made a mistake and did not charge me for the night. Now that's excellent customer service!

The cover had holes in it.and the ac didn't work well. They had no screens on the window so couldn't let air in if you wanted. For the price I paid I don't think it was worth it. I have stayed in other super 8 and always was well kept this one was not a 4 star place will go to nowhere hotel next trip. I also thought that it was fun having smoking rooms that they tell you can't smoke in or they fine you $250.00 for doing so.

Advertised breakfast, but didn't offer any. TV didn't turn on. Smelled of smoke. Price gouged during "parents weekend" or whatever was going on. $160 for a Super 8 is borderline theft.

The room was better than I expected, spacious, very clean, reasonable price and the staffs are friendly.

Rooms were nice, but the hallway reeks of cigarettes/marijuana and the website is inconsistent with the owners policies on pets.

Awful. They read us the riot act to not smoke in room (we dont smoke) whilr the entire building smells like a dirty ashtray. Was so bad we bought a fan and odor absorbers to put in room and hadcto keep the window open. By end of day 3 we couldn't wait to leave, it was making us physically ill. I don't even want to know what stains on ceiling are. One look at front desk & you'll regret a decision to stay. Do yourself a favor and don't.

Because it's bad when the staff tell you one thing but they charge you something different and then they say the don't but they do our bank statements don't lie I thought it was going to be a great place but they like to steal money from you the say 572 for a week but then they charge your card 668 and 762 it suck but that fine I don't recommend stay more then a nite or 2 rooms are clean and nice but the staff are not honest people

I work in the area every other week, I've stayed pretty much anywhere i can around here. This place is hands down the best. Great owner and staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Stayed there for business for over a month. Pleasant and friendly staff. Vijay the manager was pretty cool.

Wonderful Hotel. Very, very clean. Staff and Housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and pillows. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

The room and service were excellent! Just wish there really was a hot breakfast. (Probably not available due to covid.)

Price was good.but the next day I broke out with bed bug bite! 18 bites! And I’m allergic to the bites!

Rude, negligent owner who can't be bothered to do his job and tend to a guest's needs.he was too busy playing basketball while on the clock instead. Otherwise, rooms are what you would expect from a 2-star hotel- not the cleanest and I would definitely check for bed bugs if you plan to stay here.
