Super Foodtown of Bradhurst reviews
14 Don’t go late night on Thursday’s when they change the sale stuff over—you’ll wind up not getting the prior week nor the current week sales.
Also—call ahead if shopping late night—they often shift their hours from closing at midnight to closing at 12: 30am or 1am.
They close the doors around 15 minutes prior to their actual closing time and really hurry you out near closing time.
The staff overall are generally super duper nice and helpful. They definitely wanna get outta there right at closing time though.
Best advice for this store: Pretty large and decent selection, but it’s a very good idea to throughly check the prices displayed while checking out before you pay.
Horrible at night when u are supposed to avoid crowds by going at night dont work there & the food is not organized in order they praying for a up grade cause that dont make no darn sense close down and upgrade put important things in the front and rearrange the hole design of the place please.and thank u I walked out.
Well stocked, decent produce, but lines can be crazy. Try to shop off hours. If you just need a few items consider somewhere else.
I was introduced to Foodtown in congers and loved their pastry section ever since. They have what I call the singles specials where if one doesn't want to cook they can offer singles sizes which make it easier for someone like me to easily purchase a ready made dish to eat when you get home. A quick heat in the microwave and a damm easy for anyone to have. This place is well worth the travel I have to go through when I need foodtown.
Lots of food and variety plus a really fast and helpful staff from my experience there. They tend to have food you wouldn't really find in most places so it's good to check out once in a while to see what they have to offer.
So many great things to say, about Super Foodtown! First of all, I don't even miss Pathmark. When it closed I was devastated, but Super Foodtown is everything that Pathmark was and more! I'm in there all the time, picking up "one or two items. " Everybody knows the old "one or two items, " turns into at least one full bag of groceries. There's always a sale on something and they have everything! Oh did I mention, that they have a store card! You absolutely have to get the store card! It's free, you save, and you earn points towards free gift cards! Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. You can thank me later.
There is a hot salad bar that looks good if you catch it fresh. Pretty huge organic and produce department. However the lines are so long that a few times I gave up and went somewhere else. Also the cashiers do not have applications for club cards and custom service appears to be empty to pick one up as well. Also it’s kind of pricey in here.
Fruits, veggies, and meats fresh
Customer service excellent
Just makes you happy to shop
Thank you Cynthia Fulwood
One of the only places that I can find gluten free and vegan options for my granddaughter. They are a bit pricey, but everything is fresh.
Nice place, friendly, clean. First time there.
New place, just opened.
Will do business with them
Clean organized, fully stocked and great produce. Their self service buffet looks good. I wish I could grab some.
Cashiers are always friendly and that means a lot to me.
Don't shop in here not that often anymore. Meat here is way to expensive so I don't buy it there. Only go sometimes if they have a sale
I only shop here because I live in the building above the supermarket and it's convenient. I normally go to Walmart in NJ and would suggest to anyone that has the means to shop elsewhere, do so. The prices are ridiculously high, bordering on legal extortion of those that cannot go somewhere else to shop.
