Went there for a haircut. They did a great job and the stylist was friendly and fast. I will definitely go back

Karissa is always a pleasure to my son, who has special needs. She has great conversations with him and treats him like a normal kid. Not to mention the best "cop cut" he ever got. I appreciate her service and always try to reflect that in a tip for her. I will make sure she cuts his hair for as long as she is employed there. Thank you!

Depending hairstylists. Getting very expensive for simple cut. Sr Citizens need help. No more buy 9 get one free hurts us.

Amanda did a fantastic job! My son thought she was so nice and took her time to do a flawless haircut.

She was very rough, it hurt actually but she said it was to build up on my hair and suggested a solution by changing product. First time I was actually given a solution to tangles but I'm hesitant because she only said this after noting my discomfort. Still gave a more than generous tip because the price was so low for the cut i know they aren't being paid much.

Excellent and friendly service. Very polite and professional. I had my 6 year old grandsons haircut and it turned out amazing!

Showed a picture of what I wanted, when done my hair was nothing like the pic will never return, they are very inexperienced.

Nice staff, took us in as a walk in. Unfortunately the haircut was bad and had to be redone at another salon.

Karissa did amazing! Nobody can ever cut my hair right and not only did she cut it right, she styled it amazing as well! We worked together on what would look best and she actually took what I had to say into consideration. So so happy with my hair!

Karissa did a very nice job on my hair. I used to go to Medina, but they closed that location.

It's super expensive for the quality of service, and the card reader machine forces you to give a tip. So the minimum you can spend here is a 25 dollars for an extremely basic haircut.

The stylist did a great job. Only complaint is that their station wasn't sanitary and there was hair from previous clients all over their station and equipment.

Highly recommend going somewhere else. Called as they opened made an appointment, drive all the way there and since their staff screwed up and didn't put the appointment in their computer and only wrote it on their book I was going to be stuck waiting. So my opinion complete and utter trash and lack of job responsibility on parties who work there. (Thanks for your response, but that's not at all how things went. I was upset and left do to the fact of the neglect of your staff and doing there jobs and honoring appointments. So no thanks to a free haircut, donate it to someone who needs one and can't afford it. Sorry to add to this but clarification needs to be made so people have a honest view of what to expect. Not a view made of people covering there tracks so there boss don't know they screwed up. But again thanks and best of luck.)

The young lady that cut my hair did a great job and was very pleasant. Will be back for my next haircut.
