My partner and I have both received well done haircuts. Being new to the area, we will for sure come back in again, of course being the haircutters stay with this location, because they did beyond well. Also a very clean and up to date store. Would recommend.

Great place for a good hair cut. Clean and very nice people. The app to make appointments is poor. Often it doesn't work. It is supposed to alert you for an appointment and that rarely works.

Had a very pleasant experience there for my hair cut. There was a 20 minute wait as they were busy at the time. This was about 4 pm on a Friday. The stylist was Megan and she was very easy to work with and took pride in her work. She asked a lot of questions to make sure I got the cut I wanted and needed. I'll go back next time I need my hair cut again.

Just a minor update. If you want your haircut around a certain time schedule an appointment at least 1 to 2 days ahead. This was explained to her after a 50 minute wait. Still good service and nice people.
Again, I had a very good experience. The stylist Alexiss took her time and listened to my request and did a great job on my hair.

The quality of service depends on who is working. It took 30 minutes for a traditional men’s haircut. Some girls take 15-30 minutes between customers to clean their station no matter how many people are waiting. It is severely annoying when you have a toddler waiting for a haircut

I take my child here & for the most part, we’re satisfied. Main issue is that they’re very busy and don’t schedule appointments on certain days I believe. So you just have to go and hope that it won’t take an hour or more to get in. We always end up waiting a very long time. Most of the girls are very nice, but there is one that works here with a major attitude problem. That’s unfortunate but it happens. In a perfect world that would never happen, but it does.

Been trying to get an appointment for 2 days. Yesterday they were full. So we talk to staff and schedule an appt for 9am Saturday. As soon as we get there. The staff is already taking the girls in. Completely ignored our appt. Then she looks and sees we had scheduled appts but she couldn't do anything about it. She was already cutting some girl's hair. Everyone works in my family. It's hard to work around schedules. They wasted time we don't have. I don't understand. Don't you come into work and check your schedule before you take walk ins?

Katie did a phenomenal job on my hair. She was very sweet informative professional and fun. All the girls are awesome. Very friendly service. I'm going back again when I need my hair cut and dyed again. Thank you Katie. You rock.

Worst hair cut ever. Choppy, uneven and practically a 70% hair cut. Was not even finished.

Finally made the change and went to a new hair cutting place. There is one nice employee here and I bet you know who you are so this review is not for you. Over 30 years I went here and it’s been the worst experience. The customer service is beyond terrible and it’s very unpleasant going here. New place was awesome.

I've always liked this place. The women who do my hair here are always really nice and personable. And the one lady who did my hair a couple days ago did a fantastic job. There's a pretty hefty line usually because of how popular this place is, but the waiting time (often 30-45 minutes) actually isn't as long as some other places, especially if you make an appointment in advance. Overall, it's my personal favorite place to go for haircuts.

I had our of control hair.let it gets a little long during the winter. Received a super friendly cut looks great. Stylist was Britt - she was awesome!

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. Didn't listen to me even while cutting it I said it was going to be too
short.she just kept talking and cutting away. I'm not even allowed to wear a hat at the job I hold and I am the face beginning and end of business for a business and now I have to look absolutely horrible for the next several months for every customer that comes in absolutely the worst place for a man to ever get their haircut cuz obviously they don't care about cutting a man's hair unless they want him to look a howdy doody character
