Melissa, Dani, and all the girls there are lovely and talented. They know exactly what to do with anyone's hair. From straight to curly, short to long, blond to brown, they know how to make you look fantastic.

This location (Chanatry's Plaza), is convenient and I like my Stylist, Cindy the boss.

Aweful, zero concern or care, zoom you in and out the door, didn’t offer a shampoo or style, even though I paid for a cut and style. Had to ask for hairspray, had to ask to trim side burns, hair dresser asked if I wanted the other side to match!? Seriously too, not in a kidding playful manner. Yikes. Next time, I’ll request Karen and make an appointment and not trust anyone because they work there…. So they don’t butcher me on a walk in again like today.

Got a very good haircut. My stylist Danie was friendly, courteous and thoroghly professional. I very much appreciated her attention to details and asking and confirming customer's choices. Highly recommended.

Marcella was my stylist, she was super welcoming. Great cut and hospitality, even for a busy day with only 2 stylist on. Thank you!

I get my hair done here and all my kids as well. We’ve always had a wonderful experience. I have tricky hair and every stylist I’ve had here has done a great job. I drive all the way down from old forge to come here.

Incredibly inconsistent service. Arriving at open doesn't help; I arrived 2 minutes after opening and had an hour and a half wait with only 3 ahead of me. Understaffed and no urgency with the staff there. They would meander around. I've had some good experiences, but it's incredibly staff dependant.

Made a appointment. Waited 15 minutes and walked out. Probably shouldn’t have appointments if your staff can’t honor them.

Idk what was up with that hair dresser today, but she was very combative and didn't seem like she cared about how I always have my hair done. I told her how I wanted it, she fought me on how she wanted to do it. I walked out with a butchery of a hair cut. I always went there and never had a problem, I will be picking a new hairdresser from now.
