I came with my father for his haircut it was Very bad it was awful the lady was not accepting what she did my suggestion is don’t came here ever.

I've been getting my hair cut here for years. All of the stylists there are so nice and do a great job.

Always great when I go. My stylist Stevie is fantastic. Very outgoing and does a wonderful job every time. Definitely recommend.

I've been there a few time's already since my son has been born my wife usually gives me haircuts but I was hesitant at first but I've been very impressed and my stylist always does a great job I'm sorry I don't remember your name at this time but it's the guy that wears the Cowboys hat lol.

I walked in, there was one stylist working on a gentleman. I went to the kiosk and signed in. I sat down. She turned and said “did you sign in? ” I said yes. Another stylist came in, said nothing. First stylist finished the gentleman’s hair, touched the screen a bit, said nothing. Another stylist came in. She and the first stylist started talking about the second stylist. Then the third stylist said “im going to wait a little and see if my 2: 45 arrives. ” A customer came in and went right to the third stylist, they were talking and chatting, as you do. The first stylist was texting? On her phone at the very least. 15 minutes and no “hi, we’ll be right with you” i was completely ignored. So i left. Expectations are key and it seems like this is what you should expect at this location. It’s disappointing because last time i was there the stylists were nice and acknowledged me. Had a lovely chat and got my simple haircut and was real pleased with the whole experience. Was hoping to have that again, but no.

Abbey the Manager has ZERO customer service skills. Even when she is proven wrong, instead of a simple "I'm sorry, you are correct we didn't do all these extra things so you won't be charged for them" she says "I will change it THIS time BUT NEXT TIME x, y or z will be more" then repeats that 3x very loudly like trying to make everyone think she is doing me a favor. So unless you like being charged for a bang trim when no scissors were even taken out, extra for Tea Tree Experience when you said "Any shampoo BUT Tea Tree", blow dry when your hair is so wet it is dripping down your back and you could whip water at her with the shake of your head. Stay Away from Culver Ridge Supercuts!

Made an impulse decision to get my haircut & didn't have to wait very long. It was great to be able to check in online and get in line before coming in. The stylist was professional and listened to (and delivered) what I was asking for.

I went in for a pixie on my very damaged, long, thick and curly hair. Steve-vie welcomed me with open arms and excitement. We went through ideas together and she guided me to what would fit on me. I absolutely adore the cut! I can't wait to go back to her for my touch ups.

Stylist really actually listened to what we wanted and delivered beautiful results! I wish I had got her name because she was very sweet and welcoming and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time.

I called at 9: 30am and booked an appointment over the phone for 12: 20pm. As I walked in for my appointment 2 people walked in ahead of me that hadn't scheduled appointments. They took the walk-ins ahead of me and left me to sit and wait even though I'd called and scheduled that time. I walked out. What's the point of scheduling if they're not going to honor it?

My 17 year old was very pleased with her cut.the stylists was friendly honest. Will definitely be going back.
