Isiah was so helpful and patient. He got me up and running in 20 minutes and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working before he ended the call.

I had an issue with our office scanner. For some reason, certain documents were refusing to be emailed despite the scanner saying the job was completed.

Within a few minutes of troubleshooting with Milton, we wea bale to not only identify the problem but fix it for all future use. He was even able to finish up with another coworker when I suddenly and unexpectedly needed to run out of the office.
