My son has now attended for 2 years and he loves it. It is very structured and firm but still kind and nurturing. He never wants to miss it.

I love the kickboxing classes! They are a great work out in the sense that it feels more like an extracurricular than like a workout class. The vibes are always immaculate and it's got a small business feel to it that other gym spots can't compare

My son joined the class one and a half years ago. He has been always excited when he goes to the class and fully enjoyed activities in the class. Staffs are very kind and proficient. I think those classes are very good for children’s physical development. Would recommend a lot.

Like the Upper West side, instructors are top notch, and classes are engaging, tough, yet manageable. 5/5 would recommend.
