Suresky Hyundai, Goshen NY

If you buy a vehicle make sure it wasn't in accident. I bought from them a 2015 asked if it was and they told me no. Well, it was. Car shakes at highway speeds and now paint is fading. In and out of dealership for 9 months they still can't find the problem. No one from upper management called to even apologize for the inconvenience it's caused. Offered nothing except they won't do anything.
30,000 car! I'd stay away from them

My appointment was at 10: 30am and had to stay at the mall til they came to pick me up after 4pm. I paid $150 for them to determine what was wrong with my car. Car is still in the same condition. $221 out my pocket for nothing. Next day I get a call from them asking how my service was which I explained

Really nice guys who worked there. They didn't show me anything about the car like those fast oil change places. Now that I know my 100k warranty that I bought w/the car is the useless for basic things, I'll go elsewhere. I don't have to go to Goshen to get my I oil chaged. But they were really nice. The staff is beyond amazing. They’re all very helpful and on top of their paper work. Prior to my arrival almost everything was already set up and I’ve never even been there. Anthony and Michael were a great help as well, as far as reaching out to me, quick response to my questions and e-mails. The customer service is also phenomenal. Constantly making sure you’re comfortable and at ease. I’d highly recommend anyone to begin or further their business with them.

I have bought many cars from Suresky for a reason. They are a very caring dealership! My husband is in a nursing home for rehab and they allowed me to bring the car here so he can see if he could get in and out comfortably. Not every dealership would do this. They worked with us on the price until we were comfortable with the payments. If you are looking for a top quality Dealership, definitely go to Suresky
