Had my DOT physical done here. Very friendly and professional. I was in and out within 2 hours.

I needed to get a physical for a job that I got hired at and I called Surya the day before just to make sure I can do a walk in physical and they said yes. The next day I went in and they took me right away! I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes They are so quick and polite! I appreciate you guys so much thank you for your service today ️

After a brief wait, the consultation for immigration purposes was quick and efficient, the same-day trip to the nearby Labcorp painless, and we had our sealed envelopes less than 1 week later as per initial advice. SIMC runs a well-oiled machine and there were no surprises which is exactly what you want.

Good doctor, very rude receptionist. There was a mistake in my inspection procedures, and the front desk consultant refused to answer my questions very roughly.

I have been here several times in the last couple of years. I am from out of state and come to the Latham area for two months each year. The people at Surya are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for urgent care needs.

I paid for a urine test, they told me I would have it in 1-3 business days, were a business day 5, and I still don't have the results, I needed test for and reason so they stole $70, and lied, not nice.

Had my DOT physical here. In and out in about an hour with no appointment. Very pleased with the service.

Great experience.all things considered. Went in for an abscess, and the nurse/assistant was absolutely incredible. Very caring and helpful. She was great, made me feel comfortable, and an absolute sweet heart. Doctor was very professional, didn't prescribe unnecessary antibiotics, which shows to me he is well educated and doesn't contribute to the antibiotic resistant bacteria epidemic we face as a society. I honestly get annoyed when I hear doctors prescribe antibiotics to placate ignorant hypochondriacs. Best urgent care that I've been to.

Absolutely loved this place! Went to have my 2 year olds stitches removed. The nurse and doctor were fantastic with her and so gentle! Short wait time, we were in and out quickly. Very clean office, wish I had checked this place or a long time ago! Will definitely be using them again if needed!

Definitely recommend for DOT physicals. Everyone was really nice, professional, and understood getting in and out was important. The doctor was awesome

I've been to this urgent care about 3 or 4 times for physicals and once was simply for a signature from the doctor which I was surprised they did not even charge me for. They have been fast, professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for much more from an urgent care that you can simply walk in to without an appointment. Two thumbs up!

Went there twice in 2 years for USCIS Immigration Physicals. Very good experience. Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Kamath is professional, meticulous and knows the process well.

This is the worst urgent care i have ever gone too. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. The doctor doesnt care at all about you. I had sever throat and ear pain and he talked to for 5 min didn't examine anything and gave me ibruprofen. Went a incredible urgent care (community care) and told me that this place was wrong. Finally got the care I deserved and no longer in pain! Do not go to this place!

In the 3 years that I have gone to Surya, I have always had great, fast service. Yes my first visit required an extra initial payment of $100 until all the insurance details were in order and the money was returned to me; however, this is the exact same experience that my brother had at a different Urgent Care facility. It was inconvenient to have the $100 tied up for awhile, but the practice is common and understandable, given the lack of single-payer universal health care in the U. S.vs all other first world nations.

Having $100 tied up for a bit was basically a convenience charge for being able to see a doctor immediately, as opposed to waiting 2 to 4 months. These days even some gas pumps will put a $100 hold on your account until all the billing details are in order.

I really appreciate being able to see Dr. Kamath right away. And, he's always taken great care of me!:)

I went to the clinic for Physical exam. The process was smooth and fast. My son had an issue with the USCIS Document and ask for more info, the clinic responded very positive and within the next day I can get a more detail document.

I went in on my lunch hour for a painful, impacted ear and was taken in quickly and examined and found to have an ear infection. The appointment was efficient, the staff and doctor very friendly and treatment helped within a few days. I will definitely go back to treat minor illnesses.

I visited Surya to have a PPD test done for work. I was able to have it done within 5 minutes after walking in the door. It only cost $25 & there was no wait in line. The staff are very friendly & helpful. It was such a Blessing to discover Surya. Thanks so much!

They are professional, courteous, quick when necessary and through when required. I sleep better at night knowing that these doctors and their great staff are only a short drive.

I honesty don't understand all the bad reviews. I just went to this place for the first time and had a good experience there. First off the billing issue. Yes they charge you $100 up front if you haven't met your deductible, but they are clear that they will refund you any difference there maybe. I know $100 seems like a lot but medical care isn't cheap. Secondly, the whole office I found to be very professional and friendly. The doctor himself was very good. He was very thorough in his examination. He answered all my questions, I never felt rushed and he was friendly. I would definitely go back again if I needed urgent care again.
