After trying two eye doctors for my son (then 8) and not doing well with them, I found Dr. Fisher nine years ago. She is terrific - very knowledgeable, careful, and great with her patients. My son hated several parts of the exam, but she explained to him just what would happen and why, and my son was fine with everything. She was and still is my favorite person to get my eyes checked! I highly recommend Dr. Fisher, she is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and professional. If you are looking to get an indepth eye exam, look no further. Her office is located in long island. She has a wide array of fashionable frames and offers contacts as well. She sees children as well as adults. I have been going to her for many many years and I am never disappointed. A lens came out of my glasses. Dropped them off at Dr. Fisher’s office, and Donna reinstalled the lens very quickly. Wonderful office and staff, all very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Fisher is patient, knowledgeable and an expert in low vision. She spent over an hour with us and answered all of our questions and made very helpful recommendations for low vision aids and eyeglasses. Her office is well organized and courteous.
