1st experience: -
I had a bad experience about front desk stuff really they don’t know their job. About 3 weeks before I called for make appointment they ask me what insurance I have, I provided to them insurance information & they confirmed me insurance is took. One week before they send me link for registration and providing helth information i submitted online form. One day before appointment, they called me for reminder and told me good to go. I took the day off from my work place I went to the doctor early in the morning 9.30am. I signed the attendees sheet. Front desk lady call me and said we don’t take your insurance.i asked her why you told me know she answer me she don’t get time to call insurance company. I was shocked I ask her what I have to do now. She said you have to pay from your pocket. My eyes was bad condition I have to see doctor. Doctor came, I told him about this matter. Doctor told me “ I’m apologize this is our fault.he was nice to me but front desk lady even never say sorry to me. I pay from my pocket and see the doctor.

2nd experience: -
That day after finished my appointment with doctor. I asked to the front desk same lady I want to make appointment for my Mom and Dad. She asked me same question what insurance they have I provided to her my parents insurance information insurance number first name last name date of birth home address everything she gave one month later appointment I said it’s ok. Today I got voice mail for Monday my parents appointment confirmed call. 30 minutes later i got call again doctor don’t take my parents insurance. I don’t have to say anything to her i just said cancel both appointments.

I just share my experience.

Honestly Doctor is very nice.

Well, I love my eye doctor and the staff. I never had to wait too long for my eye exam, and the doctor really cares about your vision. Plus the location (Sutphin Blvd/88th Ave-just off Hillside Ave) is great too.

Best Eye doctor in queens. All the staff are very kind and welcoming. My only regret is not finding them sooner!

The people in the front are not good. I got a pair of glasses from there that I paid for but then they called me later saying that something was wrong with the glasses and they showed me a different pair of glasses. I told them that I don’t like the new one and wanted the old one. Few weeks later they called me saying that they can’t give me the glasses I chose. I had to get the glasses that I didn’t like because they said the the lens can not be fit in other frames. They just put the lens in a frame that I didn’t chose.

Dr Haimpour is amazing and very helpful. Will be making him my go to person for my eyes. Highly recommended.

Walked in this morning for a contact eye exam. Dr. Haiimpour was very friendly and thorough, being sure to recommend the best solution for me. When checking out, one of the gentlemen reviewing my receipt noticed that I had not been billed to reflect maximum discounts from my insurance and got it fixed immediately. I'll certainly be back for future eye care visits!

Great eye care center. Been a patient for 17 years now. The doctor and staff are unbelievably helpful and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have known Doctor Farshad Halimpour for several years. Doctor and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Doctor's office is very clean, quiet and has plenty of equipment to use in their daily duties. There are a wide range of frames to choose from. These frames are neatly packed in clear glass cases. I have always left satisfied. I will recommend Doctor Farshad Halimpour.

This is a wonderful place. The Doctor and the staff are great. My son and I have been seeing them over the years, for years!

Doctors are very nice and the man showing them glasses is nice too. But The front desk ladies should work on their welcoming faces they sit behind the desk with THEIR FACES, DON’T WANNA BE THERE.writing all over.mean as hell
