Sutter's Canandaigua Marina Inc.

One can plan everything but the weather. We rented a 21' Regal for an anniversary/birthday weekend and we were not disappointed. The boat was exactly what I expected when we arrived and the extremely accommodating and helpful staff had it ready and waiting when we got there. Although we had a cool and foggy morning the views of the mountains and shoreline on Lake Canandaigua were beautiful. We had a fantastic time. Sometimes you have to make your own sunshine and Sutter's Marine certainly helped. We will definitely return and rent again.

Customer service severely lacking with their rental department. Our next rental will be from any other marina on the lake.

We rent the pontoon boat from here all the time. We always have such a great experience (even when we got caught in a torrential thunderstorm). The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (Thanks Lauren)! If you want an enjoyable day on the lake with family and friends then this is the way to go.

Great workers, awesome boat etc.nothing bad besides the unexpected additional $500 charge to my card for “possible damages” - it was not advised to me of this until I got there. I did not have the 1K to charge my card… $50-$100 for possible damages sure- but an extra $500? They need to advise customers of this prior… so we are prepared. They then refund the charge when the boat comes back with no damages.
Other than that - 10/10. Would rent again!
