Had a viewing scheduled here, took time off work and incurred travel expenses. Nobody showed up. Impossible to contact letting agent. Just keep getting routed through to some call center that has no affiliation. Doormen were nice and explained this was a regular occurrence. Horrible people, avoid Marquis. It’s essentially a scam operation as far as I can tell. If you use them and think you have a scheduled viewing with Hazel Lopez, she won’t show.
