Swan Club On The Harbor was a DREAM come true! We booked in 2019 for a September 2021 wedding. Then the world came to halt! We knew we needed to reschedule. We called our Maître D Pat (we will talk about Pat in a minute) and we made an appointment to come and speak with him and the owner. We decided to push the wedding out a whole year and were SUPER relieved when we weren't met with ANY resistance. We tweaked the contract, crunched some numbers and just like that we were rebooked for September 17,2022.

During the year, we had several meetings with Pat and our sales rep Sadie, who was an absolute doll to work with. We had ALOT of questions and they patiently had all the answers (super important for any bride-to-be). Fast forward to the last couple of meetings before the big day. Pat made it a point to be attentive to our needs and wants. We wanted Popsicles and Prosecco to be passed around at cocktail hour and he made it happen! We wanted ballerina slippers to be displayed in a specific way on the dance floor, and he made it happen! I wanted a non-traditional "first look" and he made it happen!

During our last meeting, my husband-to-be got up to use the restroom and Pat seized the moment to ask me "What, if anything, do you fear happening on your wedding day? ". My response was "I fear missing my own wedding! " Pat confidently looked at me and reassured me that he would not let that happen, he said "I will do everything possible to make sure that you eat, dance, and enjoy every minute of your day". Pat did not disappoint. He kept to his word and made sure we enjoyed every moment.

Lastly, let’s talk about my day of coordinator Zulema, SHE was on her A game and made me feel like I truly did not need to worry about a thing! She fluffed my dress and veil right before walking down the aisle for the perfect photo op. She brought me a glass of water while I waited for our guests to be seated. She even carried my shoes when I transitioned from heels to flats.

The last surprise from Swan Club was when they packed a whole tier of wedding cake with a personalized handwritten note on the box, Congratulating us and reminding us to enjoy a piece of cake on our 1 year anniversary.

Our guests raved about cocktail hour and just how much food there was! Our guests raved about dinner and how delicious the food was. Our guests raved about the grounds and how scenic everything was. Swan Club is NOT your run of the mill wedding venue, they truly care about their brides and grooms and made our day one for the books!

Why is there a lonely solo swan on your property! Did you clip his wings? ! Swans mare your life. Are you holding him captive, this is horrible cruelty

It was a joy working with Swan Club and having our wedding there back in June. We had such a good time talking to Patti for an overall run-through and tour around the venue. We had an amazing Maitre D Pat (Pasquale) who just made the whole experience/process run smoothly. He made sure that we understood, and felt listened to and made wedding planning so much easier and organized. The venue on the wedding day looked so beautiful and perfect. All our guests gave us feedback saying how much they enjoyed the delicious food during the cocktail hour and reception. We had our reception in the Camelot room, with all the big windows and a beautiful view of the outdoor garden that we fell in love with when we first toured the venue. Our guests loved walking through the garden and the overall outdoor experience.
The staff made sure that my husband and I were well fed throughout the day. All the staff there were accommodating to all our needs and made everything on the wedding day run smoothly. Thank you so much, Patti, Pat (Pasquale), and all the staff for the incredible service. We enjoyed and had the most beautiful and memorable wedding day thanks to all of you.

Wedding was 11/5/22- not a single bad thing to say about the swan club. Pat our matrid was an absolute pleasure to work with, our bridal attendant (I think her name was Denise I’m terrible with names) made sure I was taken care of ALL night, food was outstanding, views/room looked stunning; I could go on for days. We had a literal blast and definitely have post- wedding depression

My husband and I had the perfect wedding thanks to Pat, Diana, and the entire staff. The day went so smoothly and organized so thoughtfully. There was never any confusion about what comes next or who was doing what. We really had the best time and enjoyed our day. The venue is gorgeous and we couldn’t have asked for a better day to do an outdoor ceremony. It was everything we dreamed of and more. I joke with Pat that we’ll have a wedding renewal there every year. TBD.

I've never been a big fan of catering hall but this place was absolutely lovely, both inside and out. The grounds were beautiful even in November. The interior was glamorous without being tacky. The food was phenomenal. Great to share in my friends' wedding celebrating there.

Everything was perfect about this place! I literally cannot think of one bad thing to say! Pat (our Maitre d) and diana (bridal attendant) was unbelievable and fabulous! They made sure all our needs were met and kept us on time with everything. The owner, Lou, made sure that we were happy throughout the whole process and taking care of (hes the man!). The entire wedding was perfect from a to A to Z including our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. All our guests raved about the food too- it was all absolutely delicious and fresh. I wouldn't look any further for another venue. The Swan club knocks it out of the park.they are
tough to compete with.

Had our daughters wedding here last weekend and it was amazing. Absolutely beautiful venue! Great service, stunning views and delicious food. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

My daughter was married at the Swan Club on 10/22/2022. With the help of Sandra, Kelly, and Zulemma (forgive spelling errors please), we had the most magnificent, perfectly catered, fantastically arranged affair. Everything was attended to, arranged perfectly, with absolutely no distractions or errors. Zulemma took care of my daughter and me with kid gloves and Kelly was always right there if I needed anything- anything at all. For some strange reason, I got frazzled when I got to the venue and they just stepped up. I will forever be grateful to them. The venue and grounds are beautiful (beautiful is really not a big enough word to describe them). The ceremony was held in the “boat house. ” There’s a long aisle and the decor, along with the flowers we arranged, made a romantic backdrop for my daughter and new son in law’s ceremony. The food was top notch and service was efficient, accommodating, and pleasant to all my guests. We opted for the Viennese dessert and everyone had fun. I was told by guests that they have never had as much fun at a wedding and they truly enjoyed themselves. If you are wedding venue shopping, this is truly one for your shortlist. Do not hesitate.

Let me start by saying this venue was almost an absolute FAIL because of Sadie. Though she did a good job in the beginning, she was completely horrible after we locked into the venue. There was some procrastination on the owner's part to rectify the issue.eventually we came to a compromise.

With that being said the rest of the staff was amazing and always eager to help (Vera, Charlie, Jennifer, Carlos and etc). A special thank you to Pat and Diana for making our day run effortlessly. Your kindness, reassurances and smiles eased our anxiety, making a perfect wedding day for us.

PS: To couples planning that special day here are some questions to ask the venues. Are they renovating before or during your event? Will the venue look different? If so, ask for pics of what it will look like?

Very dissapointed to say the least!
I had an appointment with one of their Banquet Managers to book an event and the experience with the interaction could not be worse.
Where should I start?
I felt rushed, I felt I was bothering her, she sounded she didn't want to be at work that day.
I felt my business was not needed. I felt unwelcomed and not needed.
The young lady has been there for a few years now and perhaps should go through training.
To have a person like that young lady to represent a type of business that survives on customers' rapport and reviews is recipe to disaster.
I'm not asking to put that young ladie under the bus, but instead, have her go through a proper and lengthy training.
We have been to the Swan Club many times. The last time, for a wedding, and the experience we had with Pasquale (one of the maitre d') was nothing short of amazing.
The Banquet Manager on the other hand.sadly nothing positive can be said about her.
So, we ended up booking our event with another place and we're glad we did.

The Swan Club is beautiful. The inside and outside have been completely renovated and there are semi-new owners (Lou). The gardens and ground are gorgeous. You really don’t need to do a first look anywhere else because the grounds are beautiful enough at Swan Club. Looking back, I probably would’ve just done my first look there. Plenty of areas for ceremony- we used the pavilion (indoors). It’s gorgeous. Outdoor areas as well. YES- there are multiple weddings at once. NO- it doesn’t matter. I only saw the other bride and bridal party once - while lining up for our ceremony. Didn’t see them at all after. The food was great. Everyone raved about cocktail hour. We did the Caribbean Station, Pasta Station, and Hibachi Station. The Caribbean Station was amazing and so was the Hibachi. We included pasta because we did the duet appetizer and skipped the pasta course. They also include a fruit and cheese station with cold stations and another Italian station. You choose the other three. It was a lot of food. No complaints. We chose the burrata duet as our appetizer (people raved about that) and everyone enjoyed their dinner. My photographer said the food was the best she’s ever had at a wedding and she asked to pay to take more food home! Guests also said the passed desserts were great (cookies and milk shots, mini churros with chocolate, etc).
Pat was our maitre de. He was great from the very start. He is very detail oriented and he listens. I dropped off BOXES of decor all with very specific directions. He thoroughly went over all the details with me including how we wanted everything set up, and the menu. He decorated our cake beautifully as the cake and flowers were both delivered and neither vendor would decorate the cake unless I physically went to go pick up the flowers and drop them off to the bakery the day prior. Pat took care of it. Pat also took care of moving the floral pieces from the ceremony arch to the sweetheart table (a job the florist should have done). He decorated everything beautifully. My fiancé requested banana foster (just for us because we love it). Typically, it’s a station at Venetian hour and would have been $5 per head for that station alone. Pat accommodated and made it special for me and my fiancé at no extra charge. Overall, Pat was wonderful and we highly recommend the venue.
Diana, our bridal attendant, was also great. She was very calm. There was dirt all over the bottom of my dress from our first look. She cleaned it off. She brought us plenty of food during cocktail hour and there was always a drink at our table. Overall, we had a great experience at Swan Club and I highly recommend it to any bride.

Don't waste your time going to this place if you are looking to do a Sweet 16 and want Alcohol. I went to see this place for my daughters Sw16, we have 200ppl and they failed to inform us before we arrived they no longer serve alcoholic drinks for Sw16 they only do it for weddings. Insane.
