Favorite spot! One of my go to’s! Everything on the menu is a hit. The staff is amazing and really go out their way to make sure you’re happy. Sweet Chick will always hit the spot!

I asked to remake my drink & they gave me the same drink just took out the ice. 12 dollars for a little cup & also has a lot of flys in restaurant

Went to the one on 178 Ludlow st NY NY and I WAS DISGUSTED. The place was packed both in and outside however they had garbage sitting around all the tables! And to make matters worse, the only waitress I saw started playing with a patron's dog, allowed it to lick her face and hands then continued to serve food. Completely appalled I just left.

The women at the front was great! Although we came RIGHT before the kitchen closed she made sure we were fed HUGE THANK YOU. The food was ok, I enjoyed the chicken biscuit that I ordered and also the drink was on point as well. The dinning room was booming, the music was dope, décor was really nice and YES there is outdoor seating. I'll be BACH!

The system they have in place is not working. Service is awful - waited 15 minutes for a couple of drinks to arrive and another drink took 20+ minutes. We asked for waters that never arrived. You pay for everything as soon as you order, so tip is immediately offered, and as a result there is no incentive for decent service. Also the food looks better than it is. Unless you just want the chicken and waffles pic for Instagram, go somewhere else.

Can we say addicted? I crave this all the time and every time I go it’s fresh the chicken is so good (I get the chicken tenders) and the waffles are even better. My absolute favorite. Don’t get me started on the strawberry froze drink. Nice strong and refreshing. 100/100 definitely recommend if you haven’t tried it before.

Food was so good. Love the service.tThe waiters are so friendly and lets not forget the bartender she was super sweet. Pretty simple concept you order your food through the app and they bring it to the table. The only thing I was not to fond of was the biscuit it was big and not soft it was like a rock also didn't have that biscuit buttery taste I thought it would have. It was more like a scone. But besides that was satisfied with everything else. The chicken was so crispy and moist.

Went to restaurant with my son I find it to be the most disingenuous restaurant I've ever been to waited 30 min for water NO water and order was in complete staff not on the same page It was quite disappointing my son stated that it was a good restaurant he found out differently. I highly don't recommend this place.

Chicken and waffles were tasty, but nothing phenomenal. The restaurant decor was farm chic and appealing, but the music was a loud, constant dance beat and gave us headaches. I saw several other patrons around us trying to talk and having to shout to understand each other. Between songs it was a pleasant atmosphere to chat with each other. 4 stars of the music had been a tolerable volume.

We had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The waffles were fluffy. We were definitely satisfied. There’s no waiter service so you just order online while you’re there and they bring your food to you.

Really good food. I don't like that you order over an app and have to clear your own table, but they have the audacity to ask (before you actually receive any service) for a tip. I hope management is paying at least minimum wage to the staff and not wait staff wages, because there is literally no reason to tip a server that doesn't take your order, check in on the quality of your food, or clear your table. I did leave a tip, but not the 18% 20% or 25% suggested by their app. I always leave 20% for servers, but I just couldn't justify it here. I wouldn't eat here again for this reason.

Honestly I have no idea how this place or sweet chick locations in general have good reviews. The vegetarian chicken is disgusting, tasted like play dough and the waffles were soggy. And Id understand if it was only my dish but all my friends ordered something different and the regular chicken tasted stale. The sides such as the macaroni were ok and hush puppies. Drinks were also okay, nothing crazy. But I definitely don't recommend coming here. There's plenty of places with delicious chicken and waffles. This place is not it.

I WILL BE BACK ME LIKEY.inside dinning was packed however was able to be seated outside right away which was fine with me the area was so live.after picking our table we scanned the bar code for the menu order your food online and a server brings your food.this is the only time we saw said server being that the food and tip was paid before getting our food. I ordered the boneless honey garlic chicken n waffles the chicken was more like teriyaki which was confusing but good kind of expensive for chicken n waffles but I expected it I enjoyed myself loved the vibe in the area

We wait 10 mnts to get the food so it was fast, the taste it was good nothing rare, I would say the best thing about this place is the music.

Amazing food, but a lot of ppl were smoking in front and in the booths of the outside dining area. Take out would probably be best.
