Katie dressed myself, my husband, and all of the males in our wedding party for our big day! We could not be happier with the result, and Katie is a DREAM to work with. She made the entire process so seamless, and even worked with one of our groomsmen to ship him the tux out of state so that we could ensure it fit in enough time. Can't thank you enough, Katie! I would give 100 stars if I could!

WOW where to even start! Katie was absolutely amazing. I cannot begin to express how grateful I was to find her. My first dress experience was a nightmare which left me with a dress I could not wear. Katie welcomed me in and gave me the most personalized experience ever. I never knew dress shopping could be THAT good. The owner was really helpful when I was going dress shopping. She knew exactly what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me. THE BEST BRIDAL SHOP EVER! Katie (the amazing owner) does everything in her power to make sure you are taken care of and everyone you bring in to help you is taken care of. Beyond taking the best care of you Katie will make you feel like the most beautiful bride ever! I showed her 3 photos of ideas that I was thinking for my wedding dress and she picked 5 out first for me to try. The first dress was the winner! She took everything I said and met my needs perfectly. All of the groomsmen’s tux’s, and my husbands tux looked awesome. When my husband originally came in for his fitting it was too tight but she made sure she put a rush on his tux and it came in within the next couple days. She genuinely wants the best for you and your future partner! She not only took amazing care of us throughout the whole process but she found out during the middle of me buying my dress to my wedding date that I had a very close family member pass and she sent me flowers! So genuine of her. The amount of love she has for her job and for people is just so amazing. I will forever recommend this amazing business and Katie!

My son had a great experience selecting his tuxedo for his Junior Prom. The staff at Sweet Hello were very knowledgeable and welcoming and they listened to what my son wanted and found him the perfect tux for his event. From selecting the tux, ordering, trying on, and returning, the entire process was so simple and fast. The staff was extremely helpful and explained how to wear each piece and offered great suggestions to ensure he would look great and be comfortable during prom. We will definitely be returning to Sweet Hello Bridal & Formal Co.for senior prom.

After having a bad experience at another bridal store Katie and her amazing staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable! Katie invisioned exactly what dress I was looking for and made sure I had just that! I can't thank you enough for all of you're help for making my dream dress and wedding day come true. I could not recommend Katie and her team enough! Not only did they make my bridal experience smooth and easy, but also my husbands experience as well; with groomsman in all different locations! Katie and her team helped with my dress, but also was there to answer any and all questions i had! And like all weddings, when it came down to the end, i had a little scare with fitting in to my dress and Katie dropped absolutely EVERYTHING to help calm my nerves and go through every single dress all over again, to find the perfect one! My mom being out of state, they were extremely accommodating to fit us in schedule wise along with even staying open a few minutes later to accommodate my military husbands work schedule. The kindest, warmest, most caring team you will ever find! I know i wont get married again, but if i did, id go all the way back just so i could have Katie help me find my dream dress.
