Sweet Treats Delight Bakery, Queens NY

Came across this bakery while googling a bakery in the neighborhood. The space was soooo cute and inviting (clean, friendly staff, spacious). When I tell you the cupcake and bundt cake was moist and sooooo delicious - omg. Will definitely be stopping by more often!

I've had a good piece of cake from here before, but tonight's cake was horrible. The red velvet was old and undercooked. The pink Moscato was dry & tasteless. The older lady tried to moisten it up by offering me extra Moscato, which she sprayed on using a water bottle. Epic fail! And I asked the lady to please give me a fresh piece of cake, she still gave me 2 pieces of last month's cake, smh. Wasted calories.

My favorite bakery in Queens! Ordered 3 custom cakes and all were beautiful and absolutely delicious. Whenever we want a quick fix, we stop in and get a slice or one of the mini bundt cakes. Can't want to gift one of the bento boxes to someone; they are SO cute. The decorations are on point.

I brought a lemon small Bundt cake. I couldn’t eat it because it had too much sugar. I ate around the outside layer and left the rest. Not good, Will not buy again. Do better!

MY SONS BIRTHDAY CAKE WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT AND SOOO DELICIOUS! SHE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT AND THEN SOME! I LOVE IT. CANT WAIT FOR MY NEXT EVENT.

Their red velvet cake? ! Hands down, 10 out of 10. Best I have had. Moist, flavorful! And I’m not just saying that- loved it. Also got the Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake for a birthday. I didn't have that, but when I asked for feedback, on a scale of 1-10, I was told it was a 20 and that I definitely have to get that one again. So needless to say, you will be seeing me again. I’m so glad I found you!

I went here twice with my daughter and family /friends, the first time was for Halloween and we just had a birthday party for my niece on Saturday and it was great. Ms Tina and the crew was great and food was delicious. We will come back

I ordered a custom cake that had a pretty simple design. I filled out the order online as directed by the business and made clear what I was asking for, and even included the cake photo I wanted them to replicate. Upon picking up the cake, it look very far off from the photo I gave them. Basic colors weren’t even matched) and the job looked absolutely sloppy. The drip on the cake looks ridiculous. This made it very clear to me that these bakers aren’t competent when it comes so basic cake designing. Whats worse is that they oddly required the second payment for the cake way before the pickup date. So essentially I had to pay them the full amount before receiving the cake. A simple call a week in advance from them telling me that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my request would have been far more acceptable than what they have done. Wont be able to take pictures this year with this cake because it’s hideous and honestly embarrassing. Very unprofessional, sloppy, and unfortunate for me. DONT recommend!

Sweet treats made a cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday day. The theme was honey bee and Sweet treats delivered! The cake was very nice!

This place is terribly inconsistent. I live in the area and try to support small black own business but doing so when feeling like I'm throwing money away is a NO NO. Some days the cupcakes are semi moist and on multiple occasions I have found them to be DRYYYYY, not freshly baked and lacking flavor. Presentation def catches the eye but biting into a sandy consistent cupcake is quite a turn off. Also, they need to keep the outside of their store cleaner. I don't know about others but the way you keep your surroundings is an indication of how you keep other things.
