I had not a good experience at this location.
English is not my first language and with the mask is even more difficult to get understand by people sometimes. But, this being said, it don’t mean that I (and everyone like me) deserve to be shamed by any employee because of that. Especially in NY.
I understand frustration of other as well when there is a line and they had to spend a little bit more time try to get my order, but the girl that served me was very rude and didn’t even try to help me with my order. I felt I did something wrong to her and she did it to me. Won’t go back to this location! Food was good.

I used to come to this location all the time when I worked nearby! Best SG in the area hands down. If possible order ahead because it gets REALLY busy during lunch!

Food was hot and ready for pick up within the estimated time. Not usually a vegetarian guy, but the tofu was delicious!

Go there a lot to pick up lunch. But it happened to me recently several times the salads were small and dressings were too much. Cannot even eat it.

Best salad bowl I've ever had! My palate sung a hallelujah chorus at my first fork-full.and to this day the chorus still goes on. Quite expensive tho, so will wait for the chorus to die down then I'll go back

Nate and Will are absolutely amazing! I told them I don't like salads and that if they can make me something yummy. They took their time and made me somethin really good. Great place and great customer service.

I was very disappointed with the food and service! I was so excited to eat here that I told my daughter and her father. I love fresh food but I will not be coming back here. FYI just because you see a job opening doesn’t mean apply everything is not for everybody!

The staff T-shirts say “Passion and Purpose” but I’d challenge them to possess either one. Even on a Saturday morning you can stand in line for close to an hour to watch the almost somnambulist crew slowly creep around the kitchen putting together salads in slow-motion. The food is good - if you ever get it!

Its ridiculous. Although I have enjoyed it in the past, this time I was very dissapointed, specially after walking long ways to be in line in one of the SG to find out they did not have avocados for their salads. So i decided to walk for 20 more min to another SG to also find out they did not have avocados either. What a waste of time and energy.

A little slow the night I stopped in, apparently there's a spin class or yoga convention next door because we were surrounded by people carrying mats.the service was a little slow but the food was delicious

Good salads. Long lines at lunch but service is fast. Don't make your own salad, select from the menu. Guacamole Greens for the win!

The salad was great but it was marketed as organic. I only realised after already queueing. I don't want to support inefficient farming and starvation.

This location is maintained IMPECCABLY. The presentation of the food, the layout, the staff.everything here is fantastic. Love this particular location. Makes the dining experience super enjoyable and pleasant despite sometimes long lines.

I love sweet green and this location did not disappoint! Really fast service and a decent amount of seating up on the loft. Such a great healthy alternative to fast food.

Sweetgreen is fantastic, this location is up to their standard for sure. If you're unfamiliar, highly customizable salads with large portions and fresh, diverse ingredients at regular prices. The best healthy fast-casual can get.

What a disgusting, pretentious place. The upstairs hadn’t been cleaned all day; food was all over the tables and floors. The garbage was over-flowing. Bathrooms were filthy and out of soap. And on top of it all, the employees had serious attitude problems. Pathetic.

The salads here may have some of the best combinations I've eaten so far. Definitely a place to eat at if you get a chance. Prices a bit more than average, but their ingredients are more fresh in my opinion.

I am definitely a regular to this location as it’s conviennent places near union square and many gyms and classes I take. The service is always fast and friendly and I almost always can find seating in their space upstairs. Also I have many times skipped the line by ordering online, although it says 15 minutes + to receive your order, it has always been much faster.

Very open spaced healthy food spot specializing in salads. Everything was clearly fresh and tasted great. Im looking forward to trying some of more of their standard salads. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they do not take cash, only credit and that is rediculous.

Sweet greens is amazing. Super fresh. Victor who works there went ahead and walked me through all the steps And made sure my experience with them was extraordinary. I will definitely go back and bring my friends. Thanks Victor!
