Would’ve been nice if the server with orange hair didn’t have an attitude the entire time serving me and my friend.

Not a good experience. The service here is simply pathetic. The employees act like they hate being there and are rude. They often don't have all the ingredients that's on their menu. When they run out of an item, they tell you to pick something to replace it, but they'll charge you for it.

Food was excellent and prepared exactly as ordered. Worker at location was courteous and establishment looked clean and bright.

I came to pick up for Uber the woman that was assisting gave me a very cold mean look she put a table in front of the door barring me from coming inside when I didn’t even try to and was just very condescending. Someone please fire her thanks

I can’t speak for other locations but this one has low quality ingredients and really unfriendly employees.

Love the concept it's really good food quick and easy. You see it being prepared right in front of you. Will definitely be going here again.

It’s really hard to review this place since it’s a different experience every time and heavily dependent on who serves you, but it has been mostly positive. One time I saw a famous actor (hint: he was in a very popular late 90s-early 2000s rom-com series) ordering salad here which was exciting. Not that that says anything about the place. Anyhow, I do think that the efficiency can be approved. For example, I was there once when they had just ran out of several ingredients and we had to wait for a while for someone in the backend to cook (?) /prepare it. I felt like that could’ve been prevented had the employees been paying more attention instead of chatting amongst themselves.

4pm. 3 people total in line, waited almost 8 minutes. Nobody even looked at us, as if we’re invisible. Portion gets smaller each time I come here. $14 for a disappointment.

I love getting the harvest bowl. I always double up on the chicken. I stop by every day when I work and in my experience the staff is very friendly. I've seen how busy it can get during rush hours and I never had any complaints with the service. The only issue is sometimes the wild rice is undercooked and can be as hard as rock, so I suggest asking the staff for a little feedback when you make your order.

Ordered a chicken pesto parmesan. There was no quinoa, no pesto, no parmesan, even the brocolli was only the end pieces. I've never ever been scammed this hard before.

So I’ve been meaning to do this for a while. I mean, I love Sweetgreen—how can you not love it? This location however has its issues. Don’t get me wrong, the food is great quality and the inside of the store is nice. However, the staff are not always the nicest and seem to not like their jobs. Rarely smiles. Not the experience I’ve had a various Sweetgreens elsewhere. Maybe it has gotten better (I only mobile order now so I do not have to deal with the staff). Also, that has had issues as my salad has not been ready numerous times despite me even arriving past the pick up time. Lately though, this has not been an issue.

So disappointed with this place. I’m a vegan, there’s not a lot of places to eat locally. We usually order from this place often. Because of that reason. I mainly order the same thing every time, they’ve made it wrong a few times but this really happens. Maybe once before. It’s frustrating when something is wrong with your order there, because nobody picks up the phone. So you have to email them about your concern, which takes days for them to ever get back to you (side note) one thing that’s been kind of frustrating is I’ve noticed that the miso sesame dressing I have been getting on my warm salad bowl for the past couple of years has been getting increasingly spicier. It’s like they are adding a lot of extra red pepper flakes. It is not listed as one of the ingredients, and there are limited vegan dressing options that are no supposed to be spicy. I can not have spicy food because of my GERD. So are usually go with this one as it’s listed as non-spicy However it has been getting spicier every time I order it. Are usually just have to make my own dressing at home with some soy, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Which is not as good, but it’s the only alternative because they have messed up the dressing. Anyways, this is not why I am here writing my complaint. They totally messed up my order. I always order a base of baby greens which majority of their bowls use some sort of green base. When I’m the mood for a type of warm bowl salad this is my go to place! However this time they completely left out any sortGreen at all! No baby spinach as ordered. I basically got a 10 pound bowl of quinoa and some toppings on top of it, such as chickpea mushroom and sweet potato. Who wants to eat a huge bowl of quinoa? ! Bland and blah. I had to throw away my NOT salad bowl. Very disappointed. I think it’s an error on somebody’s part, maybe somebody was in a rush, maybe they ran out of baby spinach on the line. And needed to add to my order but it went out before they go back with the greens? I can only speculate. I don’t know what’s going on over there with a menu change but But it’ll be a while before I go back to sweet greens.
